Evening ladies;
I've just 'popped' in from the TTC thread and wanted to give you advice re the HiPG. (Health in Preg Grant). I work in this area and I notice that some of you are having to wait for the form to be issued to you via your Midwife. The form should be issued at 25 weeks; if the form is delayed in arriving at the HiPG office and you have since given birth then you will not qualify.
This has happened on a number of occasions and I wouldn't like to see anyone miss out on the £190 that they are entitled to through no fault of their own,
The odds are that if you appeal stating that the midwife delayed in issuing you with the form then you will be paid but it could be a time consuming process.
Hope this helps

Hey all,
I've spent a lovely lovely day with my mum having a chinwag and drink several gallons of tea lol. She's going to make me a baby sling for bf and snuggles which is so cool.
I've decided that my pet peeve with this pregnancy are my teeth, my gums bleed so much after every brushing and constantly ache and throb. Sooooo annoying. I have lost 1 and half teeth since I got pregnant, which according to my nana is common, "a tooth for every babe" is apparently the phrase.
Welcome to newbies and sympathy for the losses.
