Its done and away and my partner said this am when he rang me from work that it was very unusual for that to happen here:rolleyes: he was talking to his work collegues and they all said I was nesting!! I of course paid no attention to him until something clicked and I thought sugar they are all nurses....then realised not to long ago that im 32 weeks in a couple of hours!! and I started to panic...with the pains ect last night!!

Thanks for the pity lovelies, makes me feel a bit better & less of a moaner! Just had to cancel on my friends, had planned a day in York at the weekend but it's just not realistic for me to be walking around if I feel this rubbish
Fishcake the sling sounds fab :money:
Don't know about eBay for baby girl bits JHA but I was in Boots earlier & there were some lovely dresses in the Mini Mode bit
Can't believe some of you are planning new babies whilst still preg with this one, you must all be madI told OH to get the snip but he refuses in case I change my mind :rotfl:
Just on Yahoo & saw that Aiden & Madeline were the top names for 2009, quite surprised reallyFor anyone interested, this is the rest:
"Rounding out the top names for boys in 2009 were Matthew, Owen, Ethan, Jackson, Evan, Braden, Noah, Jack and Zachary. For girls it was Madison, Emma, Hannah, Olivia, Audrey, Isabella, Grace, Taylor and Emily.
Top boy names of the decade were Jacob, Michael, Ethan, Christopher, Jack, Daniel, Aiden, William, Joshua and Ryder.
Top girl names of the decade were Emma, Madison, Emily, Hannah, Olivia, Samantha, Ashley. Ava, Elizabeth and Madelyn"
I'm so shocked by Audrey!Baby Boy arrived March 25th 2010 - 17 days late & 8lb 10oz :j0 -
Tbh maz i would just have it, it's only really risky in early pregnancy, but then again i haven't been known for going by the books so ignore me
I would've given in & had it ages ago but OH is very much for sticking to all the advice - bless him, it's sweet really. I know it's only cos of risk of listeria & i've never had any problems with cheese before (so its not as important as not eating liver products and stuff cos its not like it contains something you definitely shouldn't have - its just advised to be on safe side i guess). But saying that i have had things like rare steak & runny eggs after i got over the initial wary stage of pg & OH accepted it.
As i say, i'll give her another week but i'm eating all the cheese under the sun at christmas, whether she's here or not!:j Very proud mummy to Evie Mae born 26/12/09 :jAims for 2010 - be a good mummy, lose (some) weight, clear (some) debts, be happy0 -
Oooh Thursday, that'll do me fine. Everyone's saying she probs won't come til the kids break up from school on Friday, not sure why!
Dunno if you can link to pics if they're not yours, can't you get someone to tag you in a pic and i'll save one and post it
She's being ok, i've not spoke to her too much though (usually for the best:rotfl:) but my old friends who i've not seen for ages popped over today which was nice, just annoying that it's had to be so long til it happened i've been really lonely throughout this pregnancy but that's 4 people who've come out of the woodwork now! I can't complain though at least we got there eventually.
No such thing as tmi when you've just had a baby, whether c/s or not!!0 -
AND im remembering now that a midwife once told me that I wasnt able to carry any bigger than 6lb 8oz as that was the weight of my first and the rest were smaller........ 6lb6oz x 2 and 5lb11oz
Bubs at 28 weeks was measuring 23 weeks so i was sent in for a weighing scan the following week.....consultant tutted and said bubs weighed 4lbs, and didnt know why I was referred!!! But Bubs was big for 29 weeks and they tested me for gestational diabetes (which thankfully was clear) and now im just wondering!!!Baby no 5 due 10th Feb 2010Not very MSE:money:still dont know how it happened

I have to admit to nesting - i get up and feel so jittery so i do a bit of cleaning - then i get shatterd - then i want a walk - then i need a lie down etc etc:o
Hopefully it will flow through to doing the ironing at some point:rotfl: but i can see me iorning with a newborn looking on - its less time to my edd than the last time i did the ironing:eek: I hope my auntie offers to "run over some things"when she visits this week:D

I'm so shocked by Audrey!
Me too. My cousin called her little girl Audrey when she was born earlier this year but they've always liked uncommon names so it didn't surprise me! Her eldest boy is called Cassius & her other boy is something similar but can't remember it now.:j Very proud mummy to Evie Mae born 26/12/09 :jAims for 2010 - be a good mummy, lose (some) weight, clear (some) debts, be happy0
