When's the best time to get my gym ball? I'm 14 weeks now. And what do I do with it when I do actually get it? lol

I've been looking at this one

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Home4physio-Exercise-Ball-Silver-Double/dp/B000W0581O/ref=pd_cp_sg_1

(It's £4 dearer than it was last week tho grrrr)

Argos sell them for MUCH cheaper. I bought one towards the beginning of trimester 3 as that's when I've started focusing much more on positioning of baby...I just use it for sitting on at night sometimes rather than leaning back on the couch (which you're supposed to avoid) as it promotes better posture. I know others have mentioned they can be good if you have hip/back pain. And in nearing labour stages, I think you're supposed to bounce on it to encourage baby's head to engage!

Gill - Greggs Sausage rolls were the only thing i could stomach for a few weeks during MS lol.

I didn't get my maternity exemption until i was 15/16 weeks. The MW said the doc had to do it and the doc said the MW had to do it, but he did it anyway. And it tok forever to come :(

You prob got it sooner cause the postman here are slow! lol.

Grr im an annoyed at turbo lister! I made a listing and saved it, and its not showing on there at all. Its not even uploaded to ebay, (which i thought it had by mistake) which means when i clicked 'save' it didn't save and now i have to re type it all again! :( lol.

*sending In laws going away vibes!* lol.

Fishcake - I have no cake :( Or anything that is remotley considered a treat in this house. I had an apple earlier and i might get some noodles when i feel upto cooking them.

I have to buy eggs to make my mums cake tonight. Im going to do some cupcakes for my brother to, its his birthday on wednesday :)
