When's the best time to get my gym ball? I'm 14 weeks now. And what do I do with it when I do actually get it? lol
I've been looking at this one
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Home4physio-Exercise-Ball-Silver-Double/dp/B000W0581O/ref=pd_cp_sg_1
(It's £4 dearer than it was last week tho grrrr)
Argos sell them for MUCH cheaper. I bought one towards the beginning of trimester 3 as that's when I've started focusing much more on positioning of baby...I just use it for sitting on at night sometimes rather than leaning back on the couch (which you're supposed to avoid) as it promotes better posture. I know others have mentioned they can be good if you have hip/back pain. And in nearing labour stages, I think you're supposed to bounce on it to encourage baby's head to engage!top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne
