Oh blimey I shouldnt moan about having to go in to hospital once then. As my sweep is at the doctors surgery only like 10/15 mins drive away, so thats not too bad. I am just gonna google sweeps/traces and inductions to get my head round all this lingo!!
Yeh it will all be worth it in the end, and we will no doubt forget all about this waiting bit, just feels so long winded when your in the middle of the wait doesnt it, and you have been waiting another week to me!! Ive been bouncing on my ball finishing reading my book for a while trying to get him out, lol!!Baby Toby born 17th Nov 09 :j0 -

Is it weird that i am not doing a birth plan?
Mw asked me yesterday if i wanted her to come to my home and do one, and i said tbh i don't really have any preferences, just don't want an epidural. She said ok well you've done it before so just leave it
.
I'll write on my notes: no epidural and stitch me nicely, ta.0 -

Fair point - its all guess work anyway with the fundal height - they keep telling me my steep line on the graph could be due to maternal factors (i.e. i am fat) - they are so cheeky:rolleyes: :rotfl:0 -

I feel your boredom Fattybooboo!
I'm a bit traumatised. I just had a bath, reading my happy trashy chick lit type book as I do most nights and someone's baby died in the book. It was heart-breaking and I was in floods. I so would not have read the book if I had known that would happen...I know it's pathetic but I can't cope with it at the moment.
Well done on getting your birth plan done, jha!:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -

Beenie you make me laugh
Well I have just been out for the nicest dinner! Been to a fish restaurant in town and had starter of fried calamari, prawns and whitebait with homemade tartare sauce, then scallop and pancetta risotto for main! Mmmmmmm  Was so good but halfway through the meal I got really uncomfortable with backache. Oh well, at least my food was nice!0
