I used the popolini 2 size (which are identical to the motherease sandy's) and the motherease airflow wraps. They are fantastic and never had a leak. I don't have a tumble dryer and they would dry overnight on the radiator even though they seem really thick. I'm super lucky as I was given 15 and 5 wraps, after a scheme failed to take off where by the council would give a set to low income families who applied. Not enough people applied so when I met someone who worked on the scheme she gave me a set, all brand new in packets in both sizes (15 newborn, 15 size 2!! It was like xmas come early!)

I also used prefolds for the newborn stage and these were fine, cheap, dried quickly, easy to wash etc, also great as DD was a skinny minnie, so meant we could fit them to her shape easier. However once DD got more active they did used to leak, I think had I had the motherease wraps though these would have continued to be absolutely fine. I bought 24 nappies and 8 newborn wraps from used nappy.com, and claimed my money back from my local council (£40 in our area)

I then got a load more bigger size pre folds from free cycle, with a whole selection of different wraps (avoid tommee tippee ones as they are rubbish, best ones I found apart form the airflows were the bambino mio and the tot's bots basically the extra leg gussets mean not as many leaks!)

So free for the lot! :)

When I got given the popolini's I split all my prefolds (I had about 65) into 6 sets with a few wraps in each and put them back on free cycle and gave some to my local sure start so hopefully someone got some use out of them.

Worth having a nosy at local sure start to see if they have any ad's up selling nappies. My friend got a complete set of tot's bots with wraps, never used (except a couple which had been tried on, the rest in packets) for £50, and she claimed £40 back!!

    Hi everyone,
    Sending labour vibes for MJS.
While I'm at it, please can I request some stay put vibes? Been on a 2 hour each way journey to Bracknell to visit some rellies today, and the journey back was a nightmare - I was having regular contractions, got DH quite worried. Fortunately they seem to have stopped now. I need bump to stay put til my c-section on the 13th - he can't come yet....
;) Working hard in the hopes of being 'lucky' ;)

I've faltered and ordered dominoes online.... was very good though and ordered one for DH for when he gets home from work so hopefully that'll earn me some brownie points...

    Congrats Rosetinted.

Lots of labour vibes for Mo and stayput vibes for redstar!

My bump 2 baby pack was rubbish, the worst I've had. Had 2 samples (can't even remember what for so they can't have been very exciting!), a bag of fruit flakes and loads of leaflets. No wipes for me :(

I'm feeling really good atm - infact would say I've actually enjoyed being pregnant for the last 2/3 weeks which I didn't think would happen after they way I was feeling earlier on! I only have 2 shifts left at work but don't feel ready to finish yet....I don't know if that's just because the end is in site tho lol

Had a busy day today - fully day at work and then meal and theatre with mum and auntie. Thought I would be on the floor but still feel quite perky. 35 wks tomorrow (or today as it's not past midnight!!) woooooo
