  • Hi Gill - thanks for asking, I saw the midwife on Friday who basically blasted the dr for worrying me and said that it was too early to say that my uterus is too small and that everything seems fine to her. I'm feeling a lot better now, also helps that I've finally shaken off the bug that was making me ill in the first place.
;) Working hard in the hopes of being 'lucky' ;)
  • Tons of get well soon vibes for your DS, Mrs I. Fingers crossed the medication will kick in soon.

  • Another member of my family that got out of their sweep. The sheer thought of one made my SIL go into labour and now my cousin (they don't know how lucky they are) Baby oliver was born at 8pm tonight and weighed 7lb 12oz after 18 hours of labour. She had to have a drip in to speed it up as she has had to have stitches but they have already said she can go home in the morning. :j Oh and they didn't pick my name for bubs so that is a relief, I haven't told them mine incase they wanted to have it. Although i have my heart set on it i am not the kind of person to say that they couldn't pick that name un like my sil who has told me i am not allowed to call him william as this is her name if she is ever to have a boy.

Oh 3, my thoughts are with you and your family.

nikkit - hopefully you've sorted things with OH but if not it sounds like you need to have a proper chat and ask him outright about the fb thing
OH just got back from his driving lesson (my best friends a driving instructor) and he'd been given a gift bag of individually wrapped pressies and told we had to open them tonight.

The gift tag said 'Pink is for girls, blues for boys' and inside were some polka dot fluffy socks for my labour bag, vitamin e facial spritz, lavender healing gel, tissues, cooling wet wipes, fizzy sour sweets and for OH paracetamol, mint humbugs and niquitin minis so he doesnt have to go out for a smoke! :j Everything had little tags on too to give a clue before you opened them, and a card telling us that we'll be lovely parents :o Ive just rang them both to say thank you as its so nice to be treated to a little something as everything seems to be 'baby, baby, baby' at the minute.

Ah, I feel all teary now :o
    How lovely!

Can you ladies please send my DS get well soon vibes as it breaks my heart to see him so ill. :A

    Hiya ladies

Have had a very poorly baby today. Had to take DS (18 mths) to the hospital this afternoon as he has been screaming all day long and refusing to eat or drink. It turns out he has sores/blisters on the roof of his mouth hence making it very painful for him to have anything in his mouth. I was prescribed some medication for him however it doesn't seem to be working well and as a result i'm having to syringe feed him liquids so he doesn't get dehydrated. I was told the virus he has lasts 7-10 days so i'm not too sure how i'll cope having to look after him. He will have to sleep in our bedroom so i can keep a close eye on him (he is currently sleeping with his daddy but i will soon transfer him to the travel cot.) Just hoping that i don't end up catching what he has and that the medication makes him feel better soon. It's the first time he has ever been so ill.

Can you ladies please send my DS get well soon vibes as it breaks my heart to see him so ill. :A

Anyway apart from my baby being ill i'm not feeling too bad myself - my shoulder feels a bit bruised (from when i fell yesterday) and my throat is a bit sore but apart from that i'm feeling well. Thankfully the fall i had yesterday seemed to have had no affect on bean.

Awwwww GET WELL vibes to your son, bless him xxx

YAY for your cousin elasti :)

Three - I am so sorry, words cannot express how sorry I am for you and your family xxx
