Hiya ladies
Have had a very poorly baby today. Had to take DS (18 mths) to the hospital this afternoon as he has been screaming all day long and refusing to eat or drink. It turns out he has sores/blisters on the roof of his mouth hence making it very painful for him to have anything in his mouth. I was prescribed some medication for him however it doesn't seem to be working well and as a result i'm having to syringe feed him liquids so he doesn't get dehydrated. I was told the virus he has lasts 7-10 days so i'm not too sure how i'll cope having to look after him. He will have to sleep in our bedroom so i can keep a close eye on him (he is currently sleeping with his daddy but i will soon transfer him to the travel cot.) Just hoping that i don't end up catching what he has and that the medication makes him feel better soon. It's the first time he has ever been so ill.
Can you ladies please send my DS get well soon vibes as it breaks my heart to see him so ill. :A
Anyway apart from my baby being ill i'm not feeling too bad myself - my shoulder feels a bit bruised (from when i fell yesterday) and my throat is a bit sore but apart from that i'm feeling well. Thankfully the fall i had yesterday seemed to have had no affect on bean.Married since 28/04/2007
