There's an offer on 5 boots baby toiletries for £5 on hotukdeals

    http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/625335/5-boots-baby-toiletries-for-5-boots

What toiletries do I actually need for baby when he's tiny in the way of soap, shampoo, baby lotion, bubble bath etc?

Gill- I think a mattress protecter over the top would do the trick nicely, you can even get those zip up covers that completely cover both sides of the mattress if you see what I mean so it would be completely enclosed and no problem at all! Hope you get it sorted though, it is a pain when you do things like that and can't return them- seems so unfair, even though you know there is no-one you can blame- except OH! :D

Do you ever get the feeling some sellers on ebay are completely deluded????!!!!!
Who would pay this sort of money for that old pram, it's not like it is beautiful like the old coach built ones!

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Silver-Cross-Sleepover-Classic-Pram-Stroller-RRP-560_W0QQitemZ280396612037QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Baby_BabyTravel_Pushchairs_GL?hash=item4148f0c1c5#ht_499wt_957

I just bought a vintage silver cross pram with the sprung chassis for £60 so I am well pleased, not one of the gorgeous coachbuilt ones, more like a carry cot on wheels iyswim.

Sorry am abit behind, am trying to catch up!

Congrats Littlemissflower!! Loving your little boys name :)

I love the Paul Frank changing bag, I soooo want one!! I will keep my eye out, its by far the koolest I have seen so far in a changing bag!

Someone mentioned about Hypnobirthing? I think this sounds a great idea, altho I am the same, when I google all I find is things you have to pay for, surely there is more info on this, for free? Might ask my MW but I dont know how she will feel about this. Can't even find any books on it!

Been measured again today, gone from 34C, to 38D now to 40D. They reckon i'm near enough a DD but the 40DD bra didn't feel right. Cant believe how big they feel these days! I know thats nothing compared to some sizes you guys have quoted, but it feels huge!! Been covering myself in bio-oil, duno if it helps, but i know my mum has stretch marks on her belly, I have one on my hip and dont want any more!!! Got enough body hang ups!

I saw someone posted about feeling like they look awful in normal clothes/ maternity? I feel the same, I am still in my normal clothes, but dont feel like I look anygood these days, pregnancy seems to have made me rougher than usual; greasy hair, spotty skin, and I feel like I look fat not pregnant. Am dreading getting bigger, as I think I will just wana cover up!

Hi, I've just posted this on the less than 12 weeks thread and thought I would post here in case anyone could offer and advice/reassurance:

Good morning girls, was after a bit of advice. Well last night I had some bleeding, t was light red and there when I wiped - tmi sorry. I then had a little brown discharge. And the scary bit, I had some dull period pains immediately preceding and during. So as you can imagine I'm terrified. When I had my m/c in jan, I began like this and the next morning there was much more blood. But it stopped last night and there has been no more this morning. I also took a frer test and it was still positive. The line was still lighter that control line but I think darker than Fridays test.

Anyway sorry that turned into an epic post, just really wanted to know if anyone els had bleeding with cramping?? Oh I'm 4+6.

    Thanks,xx.

    Hi Star Jump and welcome.

I had brown spotting when I was 5 or 6 weeks pregnant and I also got cramps (I read this was my uterus starting to stretch) and everyrhing was ok with me.

SarahJoanne (who has graduated to the parent thread now) also had spotting and all was well.

If you are really concenrned I wouold speak to your dr, I dont think they can scan you yet, I think bean is too small?

Star jump get in touch with your doctor kindof is right you are to early to scan but they may be able to offer you a HCG test basically they take some blood find out the levels then test again a few days later if the pregnancy is viable the levels should have doubled. Fingers crossed everything is ok chick :-)
