    we have that monitor :D

I'm wondering whether to get another one for Kester, or if I'll feel at a year that Fergie can swap to a normal monitor?

But does Fergie not do circuits of the cot and set the alarm off constantly? I had to stop using mine at 6mths I was sick of it going off EVERY night because he is never in the same place in the cot for more than an hour!! or so it seems.

I just use it as a 'normal' monitor now and to be honest as soon as I go up to bed I turn it off.....he is more than loud enough to wake me up without the need for his wailing/shouting/yelling to be directly down my ear:rolleyes:

As soon as new baby is here Kai will go into the bed/cot bed in the boys room (no monitor) and baby will have his cot and monitor set-up:)

btw Em I checked back the day you started back to work to see how it went but I'm terribly guilty of just reading without posting! For example Buttons posts always have me in stitches but I never say anything? And I'm always checking for peoples news but never ask after or congratulate anyone??? I'm obviously just a complete weirdo some kind of poster/lurker half breed!!

Elle :j A good day all round for you! :j

Sami I'm far too old to be your referral friend.
And  at your OH. I'd have poked him in the eye or somewhere ;). My ex OH said the very same thing to me in the middle of the night when DS was a week old and my Grandad had just died! (That might go some way to explaining why he's now my Ex OH!)

Carla  your OH! Mine tried to skulk off and play xbox while I did the tree a couple of years ago! We had words, and he hasn't dared try to get out of it since!

Hugs AM. your stupid Dr.

Mel I hope its not 'the' tummy bug. When I took V to the Dr's on Monday he said he's seen hundreds of babies and toddlers with it over the last couple of weeks! And my RL friend who's children are in our nursery said that there has been hardly any babies in this week.

Hugs for all jabbed and poorly babies.

And :hello:to everyone else -i'm not ignoring you! ;)

V went to Nanny & Grandad today while I went to work, and they went to visit Great Nanny. She was a very good girl and had a milky bar dessert after lunch - buts it's ok, it's made of milk!

Ah right....I didn't realise he was in a travel cot, I must have missed that conversation! What happened to his cot?

Further confession: I poke the dog if hes in a deep sleep, and my OH when he breathes really shallow and I can't work out if hes still breathing.
If my DD isn't awake before 11am at the weekends, I'm in checking shes still alive too.
    I quite clearly have issues!!!!!!!!!

he's a leg thwacker against the wooden sides and the neighbours thought we were doing DIY in the middle of the night! The slightly springy sides of the travel cot buffer it a bit :)

My back is getting a bit of a strain though with lifting him in and out for naps etc...

Hopefully it was just the full-fat milk that didn't quite agree with his tum:rolleyes:

We still on for Friday, I will go out on a limb and say i'm coming but don't be offended if I say last minute that i'm not...it is just dh being a d!ck!!!
