Becles, silly question, but do you know how to do sinus massage on yoruself? It's rank when you do it right because you can feel them emptying, but worth trying?

No I've not heard of that, but will investigate. If you have any links I'd appreciate them. I know about the neti-pot but I think I would heave if I used that :o I'm just fed up with the pain and hate having to take painkillers all the time, and my sense of smell has been affected so food tastes bland.

I don't like dogs that jump up either. It's not hard to train them to ignore other people and it's just laziness on the owners part if they let them jump up at people. When we are out with Bob, he just wanders pasts and ignores everyone apart from people who know him and encourage him to go over for a stroke. Will have to do it all again in a few weeks when Jack is allowed out.
Here I go again on my own....

I worry about those things too! And I have the kissing problem - Germans normally kiss once on each cheek but I have some friends who don't and some who go for three kisses, and some go to the right first and some to the left, and if you go the wrong way you're getting the wrong kind of kiss ... It's a wonder I ever socialise at all.

It's awesome. You can try a MSE version with a glass of warmish salt water and some creative sticking your nose in it :o

ps. I have no idea how anyone can get jiggy in your average car

I was effed off with them too Sami - I inputted all my Christmas order and the boogers cancelled it because they claimed I'd done some jiggery pokery with the delivery day! I just put it in again for the 20th (got them to email me my shopping list cause it was lost) then have been editing the delivery date as later days have become available :)

    good mornin everyone.
Sami, what happened that u only had 3 hours sleep!? someone poorly that I have missed?
Krystal - i will try my best to acknowledge every one of your posts when im baout! ;)
I missed the initial snogging MFD conversation, but am aware of the after effects.

MM-- Katie woke up this morning with the cold/cough that I had, as well as Christopher having the snuffles so Im gonna keep them in until they are better. so that unfortunately means no meet up for us. :( I dont want to risk them getting more than a cold....pig flu has me scared! Sorry!!

SIL is minding Katie & Christopher for me for a couple hours today while I go to see nephew in his school play. We still havent been able to get out of him which part he is playing, so will have to keep a good eye out!
Does it make me a real bad mum that Im thoroughly looking forward to 2 hours away today!?? I love them soooooo much I cant explain it, but i have them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week....sometimes Im so jealous of some of you ladies on here when you say that your parents have the little ones for the day. ho hum.
sorrym that turned into a bit of a gurn!
    Carla-Farla!! :)

Hi Krystal, i read your orginal post last night about posts being acknowledged. After everything that happened the other day, I'm now not sure what to do about thanking posts? Sometimes I log on and read 5/6 pages and don't thank any, now I feel like I need to thank every post I read in case people feel ignored!! ( Not meaning you btw, its just that you've mentioned it!). When I'm on I thank every post when I'm actively reading so I know where I'm up to but tbh I get bored of thanking.
I was thinking that now I'll only thank the posts that make me laugh, are directed to me, answer a question thats useful to me or has cute baby photos.
I don't have facebook so can only see photos posted on the board, I'm missing lots of cute pics
