I make a wicked leftover chicken pie and it's sooo easy... In one pan, make up some white sauce with 1/2 pint milk, spoonfull of cornflour and a chicken stock cube, In another, fry up leftover chicken (In our case, usually about half a chicken, sometimes minus a leg) and some mushrooms... Mix the 2 together and put in a casserole dish... Mix about 2-4ounces of suet with 4-8 ounces flour (or guess half and half) splash in some water and knead into a dough... Press out roughly into a circle and drop on top of the chicken mix... Pop in the oven for about 25mins 200 degrees ish... Or until the top looks cooked...

    It's all very approximate...

Oh those are yum. We love mexican food in this house. I really need a simple good mexican cookery book. Im tempted to get Jamies Olivers new American book as it has some spicy scrambled egg breakfast thing on tortillas. Looks good!
