Weezl sorry i did scarper after posting that but sami was right all I would have said was google it anyway! I find the best way to get the pva everywhere is to dip it in a bowl of pva rather than painting it on but thats the only top tip I've got!

Making your own playdough involves cream of tartar (which I couldn't find in the shops the one time I was going to make it) and thats all I know.

MFD Millie is much better thanks, I'm fairly sure that it was swine flu, she ticked all the boxes and chatting to mums at school it sounds like half the school had it over half term.

I liked hearing that Benjamin has learnt to escape his bumbo, Ello has been able to get out of hers for about 6 weeks so we've finally found something she's done before him!!

New cute thing my baby has learnt, she makes kissing noises at people she likes!
    MFW Start Sep 07 £79484, Now £58774
  • Will parsley sauce be minging if made with dried parsley? I forgot to buy fresh and I wanted to make some for dinner.

Farm was cold and we just escaped the rain. Benjamin watched the sheep but in all was a bit non-plussed  he was more interested in the cars on the road!!

Then we went to Lidl and Benjamin sat in the trolley like a big boy smiling and 'hey'-ing at all the old ladies.

    2 cups plain flour
    1 cup salt
    1 cup water
    food colouring
2 tbsp sunflower oil or grapeseed oil

    ....and thats it :)

Step 1 - Put all the dry ingrediants into a large bowl, Make a well in the middle. Pour the water, food colouring and oil into the well and, using a metal spoon, gently start to stir the liquid around. The flour will start to collapse into the water and oil and become incorporated.

Step 2 - Once you have mixed it all together, adjust the quantities if necessary by adding a little more flour if it is too sticky, or more water if it's too dry.

Step 3 - Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and kneed well until the food colouring is evenly distributed throughout the dough.

It will keep in the fridge for a few days if wrapped up tightly in clingfilm or a sandwich bag :)
  • LOL Buttons - I thought that was in response to my parsley sauce question!! I went back to check my post!

As I said before, I just post what he can do!! I keep schtum about what he can't do :D

How cute is Ello!! I am sure she will be doing it at random strangers at inappropriate times sometime soon!! (Like handsome men in lifts!! Or policemen!!)

    Glad Millie is better.

BM you would only get 1/2 - 2/3rds of the £640 worth of clubcard points, still good money.

There are rules but they are easy to get round. 5 phones per account/address per month. Its easy to have plenty of accounts (and highly recommended) but you need to have different addresses you can post to. Im lucky all my relatives are happy for me to use theirs when I need to.

The mobile promo changed this morning. Its only on tesco network phones now, and im not sure which ones they are. You would really need to read up on it all first, but there is easy money to be made in collecting and selling the points. Good luck if you decide to go for it.
