Hello Ladies - i've missed you all!

I got back from Wolverhampton on Sunday, to a broken Lappy. Its still broken, OH is trying to fix it, without losing anything important (like my baby photos!)., so he's brought the old desk top tower down from the loft and connected it to the bedroom tele!

Thanks for missing me Glam. I thought it was quite funny that I went awol after meeting up with MFD and Krystal, never to be seen again. I though rumours would start that MFD and Krystal were in RL known as Dave & Frank, and I was under a patio somewhere in the Midlands.

It was lovely to see MFD & Benjamin again, and meet Krystal and her girls. Liv thinks Aimee is the cutest little girl ever!
The comp. on sunday went really well, Livs team came first out of 14 groups - so she's a member of the British Troupe Championships 2009 Winning team.

I came back from Wolverhampton with the worst cold/flu ever (i'm hoping I didn't pass it to anyone else!). Violet and Liv have got it today. My big girl is white as a sheet with black eye bags and a red nose. My little girl has runny eyes, runny nose and is all hot and bothered.
Apart from calpol, snufflebabe and raising the end of the cot, does anyone have any suggestions?

Glam gave me a little catch up earlier......... is there anything important i've missed?
I believe Weezl has her team news. :T
Feelie is getting spoilt by her mum :T (make the most of it!)

Hoooray she has gone:) But now I am too flaming tired to do it! I have stuck some waffles in the oven and have some cooked chicken in the fridge so will scoff that as soon as it's done and hope it gives me an energy boost...although I will suffer with indegestion and heartburn all night because of eating so late:rolleyes:

God I am a moany pants today, sorry. I'm just soo tired and worn out:o

Been invited to a 40th party on the 12th of December all kids allowed. It starts at 7pm so not too late either, I will take the older two but will have a htink about taking the baby as he normally goes to bed at 7.30pm or he is a right old whingey bum.

mm - the pics are lovely and I think you chose the right one:)

wish i had words of wisdom for you caz! ((Hugs)) and hope you can get something sorted out to talk about it and stuff! You know that each of us are here to talk abut it. When my grandma died, I wrote, i suppose like a letter, and just put everything i was feeling and thinking in it and sent it to my friend and it helped me. I didnt want her to ask me about it, and actually we never talked about it, but it just made me feel a bit better knowing that someone else knew how I was feeling! Did any fo that make any sense!?
thanks carla, i think that as it wasnt expected and i was at the hosp i felt i had to be there. to this day i wish i hadnt went in but there were a lot of police etc and i felt as if i had to go?? i know i need to resolve this esp as its his anniversary soon and i go into myself and make it worse. Thanks for the letter idea i may write it all down for when i go to see the CPN.

Caz, have a hug ;) And cool link, glueing breastbones back together after surgery.

Carla, she doesn't manage! She has 3 full time helpers and volunteers! Her eldest boys are WILD too! Actually all her kids are wild! And my boys are wild, so I know wild!
the link is amazing! can you believe glue can repair it in hours and some patients dont even need pain relief!

I watched octomum and actually feel sorry for her, she didnt intend on having 8 babies and as she said how can you choose?? also how the hell is she so skinny???
right im off to bed work tom :(

Can't remember who asked but our date to get keys is 18th so I plan to clean and move over that weekend, then be in living no later than 22 dec!!

Who was asking for hellium, Asda sometimes sell it. Tesco have it, I suppose if you have points to use it would be ok but it's £30.

Aw - hope the girls get better soon (and you of course). Was lovely to see you again :) Violet is just too cute and she looks so grown up! Well done Liv - will be expecting purple octopus pics when poorly lappy is better. Did you find out what the boys did to it whilst you were away? ;)

Working life is fun! But I was only supposed to be working Monday and Friday this week and I did a meeting in Brum on Wednesday (5.5 hours ), 4 hours work at home on Tuesday, 2 hours work at home this morning and a 40 minute phone conversation this afternoon. Seems I am expected to do a full-time job in part time hours! I will be having a chat tomorrow about how best to take it forward...I don't mind doing the extra work, but I begrudge doing it for nothing (on my AL days).

Is it just a week until you go back?

Waffles cook REALLY quickly in the toaster! I always do mine in there (people think I am mad but a couple of pops and they are done.
