Octomum is on Ch4. She annoys the hell out of me and I can't quite place why... Is it the wild kids? Is it the whole IVF abuse thing? Is it the media whoring of her kids?

I usually bath him every other day so today is bath day but I CBA and he's comfy! Think I might start every night as part of his routine so he knows it's bed time - bath, massage, bottle and bed. I've managed to get him to go off to sleep on his own again today albeit downstairs - I brought theparent unit of the monitor down and put the lullabies on the monitor and he fell straight to sleep!
Glam - we bath Caitlin every night at 6:30pm and have done since she was three weeks old. I know that isn't the advice etc etc, but we needed to do something to settle her as she was so unsettled in her early days (and weeks and months!). She does love her bath and splashes a lot. Ater we get her out, I sometimes do a massage, then get her dressed, then into her sleeping bag and she knows it's time for a bottle (and will often shout for it until it gets put into her mouth). We don't take her downstairs again after her bath. We feed her in our bedroom with just a lamp on, then take her through to her room and put her down. We always put her down without her dummy. Sometimes she'll whinge for it after 5mins or so and we give it to her, but we very rarely have to go into her after that until the early hours of the morning (last night, for the first time in nearly two months, we didn't have to go in all night)
Molly and I are off to Paris tomorrow because the tickets aren't refundable and the husband thinks my work shouldn't suffer because he is sick (and in no immediate danger any more). So that's rather exciting. Can I ask someone to be the summariser from now till late Sunday please?
Thank you and goodnight
Glad hubby is on the mend. I vote Elle for summariser...anyone care to second my proposition?0 -
