No real progress with BF, we only manage about one good session a day (intermittent latch but at breast for 20+ mins). Am now worried about my stockpile of expressed milk, can't see Doc for domperidon until next Monday, so am trying the "frequent expressing" method of trying to increase it. If anyone has any other ideas (that don't involve finding my way to H&B for fenugreek), let me know!

Oats are supposed to be good.

But pumping (or even better feeding) little and often is the best way I think....Elle will be able to help xxx

He will soon be bigger than our biggest newborn


Benjamin was 9lb 9oz at 18 days (I so wish I had checked before today when he was 'only' 9lb 9oz!!)

Then he was 10lb 1oz at 3 weeks.


He is now a super-chunky 19lb 13oz at 33 weeks

Doesn't need much forcing!

If we can do another 13.5oz in a week, we get to Jamie's birth weight by six months!

I think so, well I saw him today cos he wanted to come and take Ryry to nursery but we havent really talked about anything, it was weird cos we were just normal with eachother, if it stays like that on good terms then i'll be happy.

tigs, I know nothing of increasing supply, I dried up after 10 days expressing !! Glad your enjoying him though Must be weird not having to go to the hospital every day !

That sounds positive (the being on good terms stuff) life is so much easier if you can keep talking and keep him involved in Ryans life. Hubby has done it both ways and life is definitely better when you are on speaking terms with your ex!

See - he may sound nice but he has practiced having a hormonal OH twice before
