was having a talk with philip and said about going to docs about my tearing episodes and at first he said maybe its just a female/baby hormone thing .. then we continued to talk and he said maybe its im supressing things/feelings/thoughts that every now and again bubble over ..... hmmmm wonder if he has a point x

You've been through a lot in your life honey it wouldn't surprise me if it's given you some issues xxx

yes but getting it to look a nice shade rather than a nasty boggy one took much faffing, if you see any ready mixed brown go for it :D
I only used the elc stuff because we already had it

  • Ladies - your opinions please.

As you know, today was my first proper day back at work and Benjamins first full day at his childminder.

Hubby has gone out to a concert tonight, I booked the tickets for him and unfortunately it was just bad timing...

...however, when I got back at 6.15pm this evening hubby had already left to go out  The concert is a 10 minute taxi ride away and the doors open at 7pm so he had gone out early for a drink with his brother.

Am I right to be upset? He knew that we would be back around then and whilst he wouldn't have been able to spend much time with us a 10 minute chat and a cuddle would have made my day :(

I rang hubby in tears asking why on earth he would do that to us and where his priorities lay and, after putting the phone down on me initially, he has apologised for going out early....but for some reason I can't seem to accept that he is sorry and I am still very upset and angry. I just don't understand why he would go out without seeing us (or at the very least checking whether we would be home in time). The apology just feels like a way to shut me up and not answer my questions as to what he was thinking about.

He knew what a big day this was for us - as demonstrated by the big bouquet of flowers on the dining room table (as yet not put in water because I am too cross).

Am I just being tired and emotional?

    Will read back now... :o
