hiya - still haven't caught up so just forgetting about it now!!! I'm miles behind. Just wanted to let you know about the bargain buy I had from boots online.

I got the car seat we wanted for LO with 20% off, plus double points, plus 1000pts per £50 spent and a bonus 1000 pts for ordering over £100 plus free delivery. That's the car seat cheaper than we had expected plus £47 in points. I believe the online pts are running until the end of today.

Also in ASDA yesterday they were selling packs of 58 nappies Huggies superdry size 4 for £5. This is a great buy as currently two carry packs - equating to approx the same number of nappies are in boots for £10. They had size 4, 5 and 6 in our large asda.

    Hope this helps someone :D

will try and come gossip with you all later. :D

picked up seth, he grizzled when i left apparantly but she fed him and he was ok, typical male! got the ofsted number i needed and rang the tax credits people, who said they cant rush a payment through for the childcare like people on here had said and that i will just have to wait for a re-assessment letter to come through the post?! oh dear! we are really going to struggle until the childcare tax credits start :undecided

why is it so hard, they are such pillocks!

Em if I were you I'd call again, see if a different script monkey has a different opinion, maybe you have a case for requesting weekly payments instead of monthly??

i dont mind monthly payments sami, its just i read a couple of people say they had got payments straight away off them and it adjusted onto their normal credits after that so i was banking on that happening! will give them another ring tomorrow i think.

The fence man is coming tomorrow to put up a new fence. Ours blew down in the storms last winter and we never got round to replacing it :o

Bob is a good dog and we told him a couple of times not to go through the fence, and he's never strayed, but it really needs fixing before the puppy gets here.

Been out hacking back next door's bushes and cutting off some over hanging branches off his tree. He never bothers with the garden and everything just goes wild and had grown through the gap. I asked permission first and he said I could do what I wanted. Good job I don't have a flame thrower as I felt like torching the lot :o:D

The council are putting up street lighting on the path across the field where I walk him. They've put two lamposts up today and we're just driving off when I got to the field, so Bob promptly went and wee'd up both lamposts :rotfl:
Here I go again on my own....
