that made me laugh!!!!! although i think i am billy no mates, expect for one (you MFD :D:D), i have no one else's number from MSE

i wish you could edit people's names in facebook because i keep confusing myself

i have tried the goodnight milk, but dind't seem to make any difference. i bought a box of the cow and gate one, and has had a sachet of the hipp one (actually in my sorting out i found another).

sami = the travel cot you recommended, what is the mattress like for older bubs???
    I'm the same with FB!

The mattrss is definitely thicker and softer than the cheap asda one, its harder than Chris's cot mattress but he always slept fine on it, I always put a sheet on it so it was the same as his cot, not sure if that made a difference tho, we only stopped using it when he could climb out a couple of months after he was 2yo

  • LOL - after about 10 minutes of banging on the monitor I thought I would go and investigate what the babba was up to...

He was right at the top of his cot, seemingly still asleep, but trying to crawl forwards...banging his head on the top of the cot as he went

    My son is mad :rotfl:

:rotfl: oops just typed your real name! MFD it's my dad's influence, he's terribly common :p

Edgar has done his pooping and trups are gone, they'll be back in 2-3 days tho

Glam - I got side tracked what is GTP?
I was asking because if he was qualified, I would check with my mum coz there was a p/t TA job going at her school which is only about 10-15mins from you, being male he'd have a shoe in ;)

  • Have any of you with older kids ever experienced severe leg pain in the calves (the kids I mean, not the parent !!) Jasmine had a sore calf on Monday morning which we put down to a lot of walking over the weeken and she seemed fine on Tuesday and Wednesday even though she said it was still a little sore. This morning it was bad again, but after some calpol and a heat patch before school again seemed fine. She has now spent the last 30 mins screaming in pain as it is so sore and can barely stand. She says its sore to even bend them, not sure what it could be, will take her to the docs in the morning, just wondering if any of you ever heard of it ???

Your's and 3's are the first mse numbers I've had... I've been completely unimaginative and just saved you as Mfd and 3...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...

Aimee had something similar last year but not quite as severe... She complained a lot that her legs were hurting and her teacher took me aside one day and said they'd been on a mini beast hunt and she'd ended up carrying Aimee round because her legs were hurting her that much she was walking funny... It went away on its own after that... I kind of put it down to growing pains...
