  • My baby is still awake. I am miserable. I am not going out tomorrow. I was awake for 2 1/2 hours with Benjamin last night and I have hit the end of my last straw.

Hope everyone else is more cheerful than me xx

turned off variety show now. only watvhing for diversity.

i got really down yesterday bout spending all my time with Kian, and not getting a break even on DH day off. DH said 'how much free time did you think you would have?' i said its not the free time as such, its been able to (on his day off) to go shopping or go for a coffee even a visit to the library... or read a book! so he looked after kian last night. i had a lovely bath. and said that on sat (next day off) i can go out for a while on my own.
feel lot better now today. think i need to get out more often during the day. even for a walk.

    *hugs* Krystal and MFD :(

Rhys is still awake, sat next to OH on the sofa, intently watching OH eat garlic bread but I know that'll be no comfort to you :o

Beenie, (hugs) for your noisy eighbours.

BM, I can't visit my friend as she not only notes down when I arrive and leave, but telephones the police that my children are running about with knives! :rotfl: How she works that out I don''t know. I once posted a pic of me through her letterbox with a note 'Just because you like to stare at me, I thought I'd save you the trip off your sofa'

em, is he perhaps a bit older than 5months?

Are wet 2 straights good then? (my mum did ask what I wanted for christmas)

Yeah 3! SAHM's rock! (so do all mums btw, exceopt the bad ones in the news)

MOTM, we don't want you to be back later, that way we can gossip about what your getting upto :p

Hammy, he is a dolly till he can tell you no :D

MFD/Krystal, hopefully it's just a phase they are going through?

ETA a hug for Jillie. You do need a break every now and again, your OH gets a break at work, so you should at home, even if it is only a bath. It gets better.

    Hi all

It's not often I'm on line when something pertinent to me is being discussed! Can I join you in the sound proof room? The last ten nights/two weeks, Charly has not slept for much more than an hour at a time. I do as Krystal does and bring her into bed, feed her back to sleep (she won't go any other way still yet) and then TRY to put her back in her crib without waking. I'm scared I'll fall asleep with her in the bed with me and squash her. Don't know what has caused it? Growth spurt at 12 weeks? She is 13 weeks today. Know there is nothing anyone can do/say but it's just nice (in a strange way) to know that I am not alone. She is cream crackered though as she won't sleep through the day either.

I'll be thinking of you both while we are up all night and picturing you both doing the same as me - it helps somewhat! xxx

  • Glad I can help jam lol...

I'm lying here feeding Caitlyn and listening to Aimee in the next room talking in her sleep... That girl never shuts up! :rotfl:

oh and caitlyn has been doing that pinchy scratchy thing to me too much... She has a scratch mitt on one hand and one of aimee's socks on the other... Serves her right :p
