Jillie - are you still here? we've got the extra 10kg baggage but do I have to include the pram in that?
Anyone know if its a good idea to buy the travel bag for the pram? I thinking yes to protect it in the hold but would it end up mixed in with the luggage at the other end :undecided0 -
Sami - I know you can take pushchairs for free on the plane, but not sure about a pram.
You can keep a pushchair right up until the gate. They'll give you a sticker for it at check in, then ground staff will take it just as you get on the plane. As it gets chucked in the hold last, it's usually first off at the other end too
Had a busy busy day and got all the Christmas decorations done. Slight mishap when I was attaching things to the sitting room curtain pole and the whole thing fell down  Had to stop and get the wallplugs and stuff out.
Charlotte's face was a picture when she came home. She kept wandering around saying "awwww" and "oooooh" at everything. When we were eating tea, she said "Charlotte has enjoyed the lights" :rotfl:Here I go again on my own....0 -

I think as far as the airline are concerned any baby carrying vehicle is allowed but I wasn't sure about the allowance, last time we went FIL & OH both managed to get buggy-blindness as they loaded the taxi  but luckily the hotel was owned by a family and they still had their sons pram and let me borrow it :A
