Fresh parmesan is deffo nicer and does last ages. How annoying though, i've just been trawling Tesco determined to find that pesky powdered stuff and it doesn't seem to exist but i've bought it in Morry's loads of times, don't have any in though and can't remember what they call it on the front!

ha ha on nappies, I did so well at stockpiling the next 2 sizes that when I went to get a packet today, I have none of the right size left !!! Had to put him in a far too big nappy till I could get to the shop !!

Just checked.. We've got 78 New Baby size 3s and 78 Active Fit size 3s. Take a rain check on the nappy front then! Oh, and 11 packs of wipes..

Oh bless ya! Thankyou :) I remember "grated Italian hard cheese" or something like that but it never came up in any of the search combinations I tried :( Fate telling me I must have fresh! :p

Probably ought to put it on Rhys' food too.. After reading that leaflet, OH is constantly asking "Do you want cream or cheese with that?"

Sami, I want this to arrive tomorrow! :D Just getting proper food and a few treats in, then I need to go to one of the supermarkets (or hell, all of them!) for party type food for friends coming on 23rd, and for us on Boxing Day and NY Day.

Tesco call it Italian cheese, not Parmesan it is only Parmesan if it comes from a certain region, plus most of the powders are a blend of cheeses, Try searching napolina Italian cheese. But i agree the fresh stuff is so much better, you don't need as much so it lasts well, plus it grates from the freezer too so no waiting on it to defrost.HTH

Anyone know anything about coffee machines? OH has been talking about one for ages and think I'll get him one for Xmas. But won't be buying it until he gets paid around the 22nd'ish, so needs to be from somewhere like argos or the like where I can go and pick it up.

Don't want a super expensive one though, and erm....do they take beans or something (I dont drink coffee, have no clue!)

only 11 packs of wipes? I have 40! :rotfl:only about 10 of Chris's nappies left though - goos job he only wears one a day!!

I'm worried about milk and bread over Christmas I don't wanna have to fight the crowds just for milk n bread but no room to freeze some
We don't have anyone over so no need to get anything in for guests

oh did I tell you OH is working 29th 30th & 31st! we've got the wedding on 27th (really should give a gift shouldn't we :o) off on holiday 2nd Jan  I'm gonna end up dashing round tesco in the middle of the night for holiday stuff I just know it!
Is EU milk as safe as UK milk?
I'll have to get some for Chris while we're on hols

Also starting to panic about him on holidays now too, I don't wanna put him in pull ups all the time and ruin his potty training but I also don't want him filling his rented ski boots with pee! :rotfl:

    right bed time! night xx

Sorry but my pennies worth is no much better to use a liquidizer and i bet you already have one! It's the sort of thing you'd use for xmas then never again or perhaps only special occasions to show off.
