  • Aargh, I can't catch up now OH is back at work! Hugs to those who had a bad night and I hope you manage to sneak a nap today.

Thats an interesting point, I often notice that Glams Jack, Jillies Kian and my Kieren all seem to do the same things at the same time. Our due dates were like 2 days apart but there is 5 weeks between Kieren and Jack being born. Kieren was smiling, proper smiles at 1 week old and to me seemed like a 3 week old baby?
I think of all 3 babies as the same age, although Kieren the 'youngest' at only 9 weeks x

I'm sure this is true of Henry too. He was two weeks late, but has been smiling almost since birth and the MW and the HV both agree that he has the strength of an older baby. He's also the size of a five week old (rather than a three week old) at 10 lb 9oz!

Just trying to sneak some lunch and hope that Henry has a little nap so I can wrap some more pressies.

OH and I fell out this morning. I fed Henry at 5:30am then as OH was up for work, asked if he would change him. He did this, then dumped him back in bed, fully awake so of course screaming ensued and Mummy had to get up again. OH had time to give him a cuddle and get him back to sleep, but obviously doesn't think he has to when he's going to work. Charming, after I made sure we were as quiet as possible in the night and OH didn't even realise when Henry and I were up!

No hangover yey, spent way too much in town though and saw some guy splatted on the pavement, who jumped off a bridge, wasnt a high one and I think he was still alive.....loads of fights in town, I got slammed against a wall when someone got pushed into me, a chick almost got a punch from me after standing on my toes in her stilettos, ON PURPOSE as she wanted to get to the bar first.

Yes, town on a Saturday night is fun.

Just away to go to Tescos again! Might go get the making of a roast dindin, and I still need Xmas tree lights but want cheap ones!!

I bought a new dress in town yesterday to wear to that party, im thinking the one I got from New look was a bit slutty to wear to a fancy do. Its very nice only thing is, its grecian style so very low cut or sits low down , hard to explain so I need a plunge bra, but im going to sew a stitch to hold the material up higher as because its a long heavy dress it pulls the material down.

I fit into a 10 in it though :rotfl: I tried on the 14 and it was hanging off my back, as was the 12.

Who knew you could weigh over 11 and a half stone and be a size 10 if your only a bit over 5ft.....:rotfl:

    Best go, TESCO TIME!

They paint over wallpaper and would probably try to have you believe they don't take the time to strip the old stuff.

Yup, outfit for me. Probably only going to consist of a pair of jeans and a nice top, but I like to have something new to wear.. Goes back to when we used to get clothes for Christmas I guess. It's not the same if I have everyday clothes on that I wore the week before :o

Mel I still go through phases where all I want to eat are sandwiches :rotfl:

My mother used to ask me if my tastebuds were grown up enough yet to like certain things, which made me want to like them. I'm still not grown up enough yet for liver and cauliflower cheese but everything else is pretty well fair game :)

OMG I love cauliflower cheese! That is going on the mealplan for next week now you've mentioned it!

SS - I can't stand liver...my mum insisted on making liver and bacon stew ALL the flaming time, it used to take me ages to pick out and eat the bacon:D I also hate kidney beans, so MY chilli's don't have them in, but if I have chilli anywhere else I end up with a little pile of them at the side!

My OH won't entertain kidney beans in chilli so we use baked beans!

I love to dress up on Christmas day. Not sure I'll bother this year as not sure whether anything smart fits me :o.

Need to have lunch then take Henry to the Co-op in the wondrous sling to pick up some Body Shop vouchers. I :heart2: Body Shop- reminds me of being a kid.

BM- We need a linky to the dress. It sounds lovely.

Oh, change of plan.. OH is going to strip the rest of the wallpaper in Rhys' room (I thought he'd forgotten) and then he's going to sort out his computer room apparently - best get the black bags ready! ;) Will go to his parent's tomorrow.
