searchie, how far is this from you:

    asda at Sheffield Supercentre

    Handsworth Road
    Sheffield
    S13 9BN

I think they will deliver to a 10-15 mile radius so you might have to check. I have a code for free asda delivery and think it could really help with your budgetting dilemma cos there's lots that's cheaper at asda but I know you can't get there easily :(

  • All this talk of food and I must wait for dinner. Lucy won't arrive for another half an hour or so and 16yo is cooking for us all, with a little aid from me, so it's important to her to meet Lucy's approval (not that Lucy has any expectations)

The girls want to get some games out to play after dinner. Not sure what we are going to have a go at. May have to be a console game  All I know is before dinner, Lucy is going to take a while sorting out her things. From what she said, she's bringing half of her house

I hope you all have a nice evening. Does anyone have alot planned?

I mentioned to my Mum a couple of weeks ago that I would like a chest freezer for up the corner to pop my batch cooking in... She just told me she found one in the shop down the road from her house and I've got to pay cash on delivery on Monday...

So not convenient... It's delivery between 10 and 1... If it doesn't come until 1 then we'll have missed 2 christmas parties... (booby group and newborn group) And I don't have £60 just lying around
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

  • MOTM is she moving in ??

I hope not. I'm sure she's not. I just think she's a heavy traveller :o We did say she can come over whenever she wanted, stay however long she wanted and bring whatever she needed to make her feel at home, but we agreed it wouldn't be a permanent move in at this stage, as it's way too early.

She has text me continuously when she's not here though, especially when at home, saying how strange it was going from company of 8 to 0. I must admit, it's been strange for me the evenings she's not here, so must be very strange for her.

Never tried it with them. Would have to explain to them what to do. I'll be Lionel Blair  Not sure a couple would have the patience to do it for too long
  • oh you could play headbanz ! write names on a post it note nd put it on someones head and they have to ask questions that give yes and no answers to guess who they are !!
