Do people actually make payments to their cards (e.g. ring bank/go online and pay the amount)? Or do you generally bung it in a relevant pot?
Just nosey as I'd rather not upset the bank ...!
Hiya locutus, welcome aboard!
Its up to you how you do the payments, you can do either or both. Personally I do mine using online banking, I do put loose change into pots but only count it when I pay it into the bank and off a debt. Some of us include the minimum payments, some of us don't.
There are only two rules to PADing:
1) Please post your PAD in BOLD AND COLOUR so the person totalling can easily see it, and
2) Once you're here, you can never leave!!:rotfl:

Welcome
I do both, I round down my bank account and pay that off credit cards online, so don't do this every day. Then any extra cash goes in a pot to pay things like Provident that you can't do online. Just need to remember not to count the cash twice.
I quite like seeing all the small payments on my Egg online banking.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

Hi Everyone,
I'm another newbie - I love this idea of paying off a bit every day. Please can I join?
I've paid a whopping £1.05 off my barclays credit card today.
I've also added some change to my money bucket, which I'll count tomorrow. I've also estimated the balance of my 2 barclay accounts, so will update when i get the bill.
However, I'm a bit confuddles - on the dates when you make a 'normal' payment, i.e. D/D or S/O, do you count these too?
My bank balance has retruned to nearly £0, so i'll have to use the bucket money for my next payments.
Thanks everyone

Anyways it's £1.90 to various tins please . . .DFW NERD# 1175Proud Member of Sealed Pot Challenge #5 ~ 1479 cashless_wonder~*DEBT FREE & LOVING IT*~0 -
