Euro it can be such a pain when men go into 'laddish' mode - I think the only thing you can do is grin and bear it until he goes home. It probably is because part of you is missing your family, who you should have been with for part of the time.
danko I think Andy has gone away to Thailand for a wedding, but I might have got that wrong.
Have been and done food shopping, meat for tomorrow and Sunday. Bits and bobs for later today as family coming over, not sure what is happening tonight yet, but won't be going out, so bought some snack stuff. Have put £3.28 into various pots and am wondering when to start the diet. Good start with veg soup on the go in slow cooker but awkward when there is a tin of Quality Street and one of Roses still unopened, a jar of QS, some Thorntons Chocs and 2 choc oranges unopened and a box of Roses and some chocs that are half way through!

Thanks Gilly. I've since text him to ask him to not make jokes about it, explaining that my confidence has taken a battering and that I couldn't tell him last night as we have no privacy right now and how hard it was for me to admit I didn't like it in front of his brother etc.
He replied saying that he understood and realises that he's been doing it too much and will stop. So I also told him that a lot of compliments aimed at me would go a very long way right now. That's not to say he doesn't usually, but when the number of comments about other girls outweigh comments to me, then something is wrong and needs to change!
I still feel really sh'tty about it though. I just want to go home and relax but stuck in the office with about 5 other people. What a waste of time. None of our clients are at work now, or my other colleagues either so I don't see the point.
Oh, just called my Manager and she agreed we could go home. YayFebruary wins: Theatre tickets0 -

Gilli I'm not much of a drinker either so I hope I'll not to have a sore head tomorrow
Euro I hate is awell when 'men' go into teenage mode. When I was at fat club the first time around OH never complimented me so I got a bit feb up of it and dolled myself up just for the sake of it when we were going round to a friends house so he could play the xbox (I was just there to entertain the friends wife )...his friend couldn't stop telling me how good I looked and how big my chest looked in the top I was wearing...OH sat up and immediately took some notice...so all you need to do to get some attention is get your t*ts out! :rotfl::rotfl:
Pad for today is £2.00 please Gilli!
If I'm not back later then I hope you all have a fab night whatever you're all doing and stay safe! xStarted PADdin' 13/04/09 paid £7486.66 - CC free 02/11/10

Sashybo - hope you're feeling better soon hun, you don't want to be ill over Hogmanay
Thanks mac, feeling a lot better but still not 100%. Pad of £41 today between the ccs as it's payday.
Euro, hope your OH and his brother aren't being too irritating now. Do you not think families bring out some weird behaviour in each other? My OH is always more bossy and intolerant when we are around his dad because that's the way his dad is with his mum. I just ignore it because we both know who the real boss is.
I'm beginning to think my cats are ungrateful little wretches - only my youngest cat has been sitting with me all day when I've been ill. The two ladies completely blank me, then when OH comes home from work they fall all over themselves to see him! But I'm the one who looks after them most of the time! It's not faaair!:rotfl:Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Car loan 1 £11,174, Car loan 2 £5,532, CC 0% BT £780. Hiya all, hope you are all well, and (((hugs))) to those that need it!
Haven't PADed for the last couple of days, and have spent the best part of three hours catching up on all the threads!

Anyway, down to business... PAD for today is £175.56 to scAmex, clearing that card:T £45.04 to Argos, clearing that account:T £1.05 to smEgg, clearing 0.08% of that card:rolleyes: and £364.12 off the Sainsburys card, not even close to clearing that one:eek::rotfl: All of this is using my free month money (OH's went towards the fact that he f*cked up again and only got 55% of his usual pay - as posted on my diary, but not repeating due to :mad::mad:)
So last PAD of the year is £585.77
