    Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

OK, I'm really sick of our junior member of staff now. I know it sounds mean but he can't even follow the simplest of instructions for the simplest tasks!

I've even tried typing what is required, together with a step by step guide on how to do it, and a request to please check work before handing it back etc.

Well, I've spent all morning correcting 2010 schedules as he has entered incorrect dates left, right and centre, most of them are spelt incorrectly (understandable as English is not his first language but he obviously didn't check before handing them to me) and he didn't bother to format them either!

Now, I know, I should give them back to him to amend, but I don't trust him to do it right! And I don't have the time to re-check them as I need to get them approved by the other countries and the client before the end of next week.

He's always late too! And I just had to explain something to him 5 times !!!!! before he 'understood'. It's in brackets because the email he drafted clearly shows me that either a) he still doesn't understand or b) he wasn't listening!

I've tried so many different approachs to improve things but it's always the same result. I don't know what else to try and I don't know if I should even bother as he leaves in January anyway. But arghhhhhhhhhhhhh.

    Rant over.

Hi all, got some more Pinecone money through and some click money, so pad of £12 today. £11 to Flooring fund and £1 between the 2 ccs. Feel that I'm not doing well with the ccs lately as have been saving survey money instead of paying it off the ccs.

It's really foggy and cold here - the fog hasn't lifted all day. Thank goodness it's Friday. :j
