Just popping in to say Hello!
Jo - I hope you had a fab time in Egypt!
Keza - I hope you and your throat feel better soon. I've laryngitis a few times and it's no fun. Alright, the part where you sound like a boy who's voice is breaking - that's quite funny! lol
Sashybo - Hugs for you. I know how difficult it can be when work is horrid/getting you down. Try to make a big deal of life's little pleasures to cheer yourself up. You know, like getting on the train just as the doors close behind you....or getting free samples of anything and everything from the train stations....listening to people go on and on and on about their life on the phone on public transport...people reveal so much! It's better than a magazine! lol
Everyone else who needs a hug or such, then HUGS for you too
Oh, update. The newbie at my work who wasn't working out so well....he's decided to leave anyway. His girlfriend is off to live in Dominican Republic soon and he's decided to go with her. So he'll be around until Jan time only and we are re-advertising the position.
I had a feeling he was up to something as his mobile phone was constantly buzzing or ringing and he was going off for 'private' calls a lot. I actually thought he was going to job interviews, but hey, seems he was sorting out a place to live over there.

Didn't get on here yesterday, due to having to try & sort out the mortgage - rec'd a letter saying we are in arrears - which we're not!! After hours on the phone to Barclays, we discover they keep putting our payments into the wrong account, hence snotty letter - & phone calls - from arrears dept. Since they amalgamated the Woolwich into Barclays, we have had nothing but trouble from them - Came to the conclusion they couldn't find their own a*se with 2 hands & a map :mad:
