Yes - sort of - but it did mean that DH missed a nice lunch out as he couldn't go withouth sorting it out, anything like that really affects him:D

Thankfully I have all the documentation filed but if I didn't I have no idea what on earth we would do, how can you remember what you paid in July 08?? In the end we traced the payment that had been made into the wrong account, & the one from Oct09 was still missing - although they have cashed the cheque I notice, although they can't tell us where it might be!!! Thanks to my records I had a receipt for the cheque, plus I could tell them the cheque no & when it was cashed, thanks to online banking. But it did give me a headache, & I don't know what on earth you would do if you couldn't prove you paid!!

Sashybo - Hugs for you. I know how difficult it can be when work is horrid/getting you down. Try to make a big deal of life's little pleasures to cheer yourself up. You know, like getting on the train just as the doors close behind you....or getting free samples of anything and everything from the train stations....listening to people go on and on and on about their life on the phone on public transport...people reveal so much! It's better than a magazine! lol

    Thanks Euro.

My pad today is £1 between the ccs again.

Thought i had already posted my PAD but apparently not!! So here it is: £7.76 to Natwest CC. Am absolutly shattered today, work has been really hectic the last few days getting all the christmas stock deliveries and trying to get it all on the shop floor - been rushed off our feet. Tried to persuade OH to give me a foot massage but he was having none of it :rotfl::rotfl:

  • Evening All,

My PaD for today is £156.17 please Sarah.

The fraudulent transactions have now appeared fully on my CC statement so have called them to get the ball rolling. The cheeky blighters had tried to buy a laptop from Dell and another couple of hundred quid worth of stuff from o2 - so glad the other transactions were spotted and card stopped before they went through!

Hope everyone has had a good Hump Day xx
