Afternoon all!

Ended up in Sheffield this morning and bought a huge piggy bank, I've been wanting an excuse to go somewhere with a branch of the shop that sells them. He needs a name though. This is him, although mine's more black than purple:

Also weighed myself and I've put on 6lbs in the last two months. So I need to go strict again, I've relaxed too much into thinking the occasional treat will be ok. I'm also going to weigh myself weekly, monthly just isn't working cos for 3 out of 4 weeks it's out of sight out of mind.

@ Buffy - Is it you that's a teacher? If so, what's it like (aside from having the boss from hell)? I've started thinking that maybe I should go into teaching after all. I've always said that I couldn't handle it but maybe I'm capable of more than I think I am. I'm giving it quite a bit of thought at the moment but an insider viewpoint would really help.

I have had a yummy day. Friend came round this morning for a catch up, then Bunny popped over with the kids to have her lego head made into something a bit more fetching. Have to admit it looked okay when I saw the lego head, but then my Nats cut it and it looks great now.

I took the plunge and had mine chopped into a shorter bob too, but no pictures till I get the straighteners back!

I had pizza and now i am just finishing off the rest of my champers and watching eastenders.....

I do believe that many on the forum are idiots, and have chosen not to listen to the majority of stupid people on the relationships thread. However, those out of DFW chat who have posted, I have listened to you, and am taking it on board and letting it sink in. Pint's been given the ultimatum (a week Tuesday) so, before that, we'll see how things change. (just to note, to help me move stuff, I wouldn't ask his male mates, I know some of his female friends who'd help)

well, I think I'm finally at the stage where I have everything sorted for today, the week ahead clothes wise and the next 2 nights of teaching.

I'm going to have to be even more anally retentive organised over the next 6 weeks with me working full time and teaching 2 consecutive nights a week. Batch cooking on a Saturday for that night and either Monday or Tuesday and something defrosted to go in the slow cooker for the other night I'm out.

2x one off courses this week and then 2x 5 week courses after that. The mountain of paperwork is going to be quite frightening _pale_
