Plusnet plc remove transactions page if you get into a query about your billing,
invoices are removed from the account.
It appears to be a most stupid business practise, removing invoices when they seek payment! To remove them when the accuracy of their invoicing is in question is at best unhelpful, at worst dishonest.
They also have problems billing correctly and on time...a monthly bill at "X" amount can mean anything to them!
PLEASE NOTE: Plusnet plc is OWNED by BT, the CEO, Mr Anthony Volimer came from BT...they hold very similar codes of ethics. ie: non!!
