when you ordered, what paperwork did you fill in?
do you have an order sheet with your order specifications?0 -

well if nothing else, 'ordered a new car' and '4 weeks for delivery' dont tally up with 'your getting this showroom vehicle'.
id simply take advantage of your cooling off period, say you were missold and demand your money back.
they will either get you a better deal, get a 'real' new car, or let a valuable customer go to a competitor.Target Savings by end 2009: 20,000

If you are happy to accept it then check it thoroughly, I bought a new car out of the showroom and as soon as the sun shone on the metallic paintwork I could see it had been painted allover. If it's poor light or bad weather tell them you won't sign the acceptance sheet until you have checked it, I now do this all the time.
