Went back to bed until 9am and woke feeling bleurgh. I've been feeling a bit out of sorts health wise for a few weeks so have decided to embark on a healthy eating /detox week. I also need to run more regularly, as I haven't since before New York. I might get my act together and go back to yoga too.....but the cost of £5 a class puts me off. We'll see.

My friend admitted last night that she is probably not going to do the GNR :( (after talking me into applying), however, I still am. It's the motivation I need to run plus it's something I've always wanted to do, so to do it the month after I'm 40 is a good goal.

It's pouring down here, so we were so lucky yesterday. It was such a lovely day and DH won deserved praise for his fantastic idea and organisation.
Hope everyone's enjoying their Sunday x

Def agree that you should still do the GNR. Shame your friend has pulled out though.

    What she says :D

Do it as it's your personal goal and you'll end up chatting/run with many people there as it's such a good race. We should arrange an MSE run one day!

I have tried healthy eating but then I run and eat soooo much when I get home!

Good evening, yes I'm definitely going to do the GNR.

I still feel very uncomfortable, but have been on the first day of "No Wheat, No Dairy, No Caffeine, No Alcohol, No Sugar" today ("No Life" as a kindly colleague pointed out :D).
Tomorrow morning I'm going for a run so hopefully after 2 weeks, I'll feel better. If not, I'll go to the Docs.

Without going into graphic detail, I've not felt like myself since New York so I'm trying a small health kick to try and get back to normal.

An NSD today (apart from groceries, but they were budgeted for), other than that nothing to report. Tomorrow, I'm going to ring the bank about the mortgage. Still no word from the EA, so I'm resigned to the fact that house is not ours. There's another we might view, but other than that we are concentrating on overpaying the cards.

Hope anyone reading has had a good day :)

    Ditto the above

Mine is a no life diet or at least a no social life diet :D

I did go out for a meal and had a black coffee and a sparkling mineral water surprisingly watching the others eat did not bother me even though it was a favourite restaurant of mine as I am simply but strangely not hungry on this diet in fact I have to force myself to eat what I need to eat - go figure (needs confused smiley)
