A plod is as good as a sprint!
I'm fine thanks, just tired.
The girls are with my Mum tomorrow, so I don't have to race home to pick them up - so I might manage another quick run in the morning - then aim for longer runs on Friday and Sunday.....0 -
No run today
The computer is running slowly today for some reason and so am I.
I'm feeling bleurgh and by way of cheering myself up on the way home, stopped at the supermarket for a bar of choc and packet of crisps to eat in the car.
:o:o Then got home and ate 2 toasted bagels with BUTTER (I'm in diet hell!). Terrible what 3 days at work does to my powers of self-control.
I've emailed Ebay as I still can't get the photos to load.....I really do need to sort that out asap.
Hope everyone's had a better day

I hope you perk up soon. I'm aiming to run tomorrow......although having just seen 2 people sprint past my window, I think that perhaps the village should be protected from the sight of me in lycra sweating like a pig as I pant around the block!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Hi Mac - sorry to hear you are feeling bleurgh - I would prescribe chocolate and biscuits as an effective treatment when work is being naughty!
Did you manage to sort the car out in the end?
Meant to ask how you did with DD and her stabilisers. Remember I said DS had managed without them a few times on the road, well I took him onto a trail near us and let him loose and within mins he was speeding off on his BMX as if he had been cycling all his life - even beat his sister and didn't fall off once! Amazing!!1st debt - Next [STRIKE]£583.32[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£408.71 [/STRIKE] £0 :j
2nd debt - MBNA - £6,618.52
First in many many to go - baby steps and all that!
First lump sum to go - fingers crossed!

Hello all and thanks for the kind words of support :A
Car - still not listed, as work has wiped me out this week
Stabilisers - DD wants them back on. She's not very confident physically - unlike her daredevil sister
Chocolate and biscuits - have eaten far to many of those and feeling fat this week. Must get my head into starvation mode.
OH and I have made a pact to not discuss work at home from now on, so when he asks what's wrong - I have to say "I'm just tired". The politics and general carp has got to me this week.
Nevermind, it's the end of the week for me. Hope you are all well x0 -
Hi mac, just a hello post really to let you know I'm still lurking. :hello:
Hope you're not feeling too down about work. :A Have a nice weekend - you deserve it.
