Well I'm calling it a night. DH is watching the golf and I have a moisturising face mask on :A I will relax for the next 10 minutes, then start trying to get my head back into work ready for tomorrow.

S0d Ebay - will look for another sales channel tomorrow.

    Have a good week x

Did you get the pictures sorted? Its the thing I hate about selling on ebay, as I am a carp photographer. Hope you enjoyed your face mask.

    Quick diet question.....

How would one figure out the calories in two huge spring rolls, barbequed two roast (duck&pork), soft noodles and bits of shredded beef from the plate of Mr F?

I suspect I'm over my allowance this week...:A:A

Think I'm going to give this diet lark a proper go, rather than just cutting down.

Will look into free trial when I get home tonight.

    Have a good day.

    Hello...

F_F, hope you managed to figure out the cals for the feast! I had a look under the takeaways section and then general spring rolls etc. I usually cobble it together and guestimate the weights - adding on a bit for good measure :)

Gill, you should give it a go - it's good and easy to follow (when you keep up the diary - which I didn't for most of last week :o)

BTD - work has been a drain the last 2 days. Nonsense situations and non-sensical individuals - the usual work place fodder

Hypno - Yes! I did run this morning. Just short of 3 miles I think, I went at 6.15am and didn't have much time. I decided to jog for the first 7 minutes, then ran as fast as I could until the last 5 or so minutes. I'm still a blob though :o

    Hope you're all well
