Vodafone don't want my custom

Maybe they've changed it since I was on the 'sim only' off peak 500 deal; but it was 1000 any network *off peak* (aka from 7pm to ~8am and weekend) minutes that were free. They've changed the lay out of their site recently and reworded some of the text. But I'm guessing its still the same tariff, but they've been a bit lazy? Just read the small print in the terms and conditions to make sure.

Just thought I'd update this post.


After getting a couple of calls on Tuesday from vodafone telling me I could still not have their Anytime 500 tarriff with stop the clock and 100 texts a month for £35 a month as that is for new customers only I'd pretty much made up my mind to move to O2. Then on Thursday I had another call from them asking why I was leaving them at this point I said I was getting pretty annoyed:eek: with the calls asking me why I wanted to leave and upon telling the operator why to be told the same thing.Anyway the lady was very polite and asked me if I could get a call from another department who would call me back in the next 24 hours to offer me something special?!?!

10 minutes later I had a call from the retentions department offering me the contract I wanted with the free phone and free next day delivery.

Thats me staying with vodafone for te next 18 months.
