Thankyou all for your words of support(skint catt, kwickchick, nic2075, mrs mortenharket, glawejen, ice ice baby, belfastgirl, inazuma, rupe 34, flat eric and anyone i have missed) a little bit up and down at the moment but i am ready to comit to SW again to get that weight loss next week.
tonight is danger night as many of you have said so i am going to measure my wine in 25ml shots and add loads of diet lemonade to kid myself up i am having a good drink. that way i will drink far less than normal.
i am scared of extra easy, well it seems tooo easy, so i will stick to red and green as this is what i am used to
B Boiled egg, banana, ml yogurt
D Bread (HB1) chicken, banana
T havent decided yet.
going to make quorn lasagne tonight to cover some meals.
keep focused we will get there in the end

Im still not 100% sure If I like EE as I seem to stray a bit more than I did on red and green, maybe im just making excuses for my lack of motivation.
In the classes at the moment they are promoting it as the main plan now and red and green are just back up or for vegetarians.
The first time I did EE (this time last year) I was only losing 1/2 lb per week or staying the same, so I gave up, however I have pretty much been doing mostly EE with the odd green day and last week I lost 3.5lb, so im giving it another go.

Each day I get up and think right ill have a green day, then I end up having EE as its so much easier to prepare a meal everyone likes. I can make lasagne with real mince and a real lambs curry.
I still love 3 bean chillis and quorn bolognaise, so on those days I go green and really enjoy those extra healthy extras.

I think a good week is mixing the plans each day of the week. EE is great for the weekend currys etc.
I thik doing EE all the time is what wasnt working for me.
I keep changing my mind though lol. Its worth a go. I know it dos work for most people as they are losing in class.

Today we seem to be having a very fishy day. This wasnt planned but we ended up getting reduced prawns etc in Tesco.

brekkie - 2x toast with salmon pate (heb, free and very very yummy!)

lunch - spaghetti with garlic tomato sauce, prawns, mussells, clamari , mushrooms and parmesan cheese (hea, free)

dinner - surf and turf (rump steak from out local butcher and king prawns), SW chips, mushrooms, fried onions and salad (free)

snacks are yoghurts and fruit and loads of water.

treats tonight are 2 glasses of Rioja (12 syns) and will snack on scan bran and free salmon pate ( a couple of syns for scan bran)

all in all a very healthy and very yummy day. As Kiwichik and Rupe said they are in the zone and eating good, ive been pretty good this last week and even though its Saturday I feel happy with myself having good food and still having my treats, long may it continue.

Im out for dinner tonight :j so will try to make sensible choices (famous last words :rotfl:). If you read my earlier post, you will know that I haven't been sticking to the plan recently so my plan is to enjoy myself tonight and then get back on track 110% from tomorrow. So will try to post my menu choices on here (because if I have to share, Im less likely to fall off the wagon...)

So tomorrow's meal plan includes: - (extra easy day)

Breakfast
boiled eggs (free) with 2 slices of warburtons wholemeal bread (400g loaf)(HEB) (toasted) and spread with marmite (Free)

late breakfast.
fresh pineapple (free)

Lunch

Jacket chips.

Tea
Home made beef casserole using up all the sad veg I have in my fridge. stock to be made with beef bovril, hot water and herbs.

pudding (if i need it)
fresh fruit

snacks/syns
to be decided....
so HEA option (Milk)
my HEB option (bread)

I like the freedom extra easy offers but I do prefer red or green because that is what I am used to. I find it too easy to stray when doing extra easy (mainly because Im only allowed one HEA option and one HEB option) but i know that some members at my class love extra easy and have had fab fab losses with it.

Good to see you back Flat Eric. your meal plan for tomorrow sounds good. Did you know you can use Oxo cubes now as they are free? I quite like using bovril but I find its expensive so like the cheapness of Oxo cubes.

I must be really sad, theres been no one around all day, feel as though im talking to my self, you must all have much more interesting lives lol.

Enjoy your night out

Yellowbird I'm so sorry for your loss. Perhaps you will be able to satisfy your Mum's wishes by losing your weight - it'll be something to keep you motivated.

I have set my members a challenge to do at least 3 days of Extra Easy this week using the 7 day plan which I took off the website for them (not all have internet access). I'm really looking forward to seeing their weight losses next week. Many of them have the same fears as some of you have expressed but, having done it myself, I know how well it works and as the name suggests, it really is very easy.
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

Sorry, I can't find this one either, but in the food directory it does say port, all varieties, 4 syns per 50mls so if it were me that's what I'd count.

I cant find it online im afraid, ive never tried white port if its more like martini then id go with 2.5 or the 4.0 for normal port to be on the safe side. or you could go for 3 syns, so its inbetween. sorry I cant really help you.
