Have to say - from somewhere I've found the desire to make good choices this week - properly, not just half hearted. A welcome change cos I haven't felt like this in a while:D
I've found the same the last 3 days and really really hope it lasts as I've never experienced it before. I normally really struggle and cheat in little bits and pieces and do it all half heartedly but have now had 3 100% days, the last 2 I've not even had any syns!! Not only that but I'm loosing the desire to eat rubbish and am now sitting here with a plate full of crisp sugarsnap peas and raw swede (we eat it that way in nz) and am loving every mouthfull.WW Start Weight 18/04/12 = 19st 11lbsWeight today = 17st 6.5lbsLoss to date 32.5lbs!!!0 -
Circes, can you explain a bit more, sorry? I can't find a tick at the top of the thread - just interested as I have to try and find the last post I read too, although the suggestion of marking each session as favourite at the end does work, your method sounds good too.

I haven't been on this board for ages.Things have been really hectic and its going to remain really busy for me until the summer as I will be busy studying. I will try however to pop in and catch up with you all.
Im a target member although Im out of target at present. Its been a disaster this last month to be honest. I tried to be good over xmas but still managed to eat lots of rubbish! I haven't been to class in two weeks, first week I was too ill to go and this week, there was no class because of the snow.
The weight is creeping back on. Ive fallen back into bad habits and these last two weeks have been particularly bad because not only have I not been sticking to the plan but I have been having for example, honey in my drinks (well honey, hot water, lemon and ginger), lots cough / related medicine (lots of sugar )/ energy drinks and because I have fallen off the wagon, Im have been making the most it. i.e. I have found myself eating stuff just for the sake of it because soon, when Im trying to be really good again, there will be no having 50 syns (plus) a day ...... I have been overeating because I think right, tomorrow, Im going to start afresh and be really good, so lets get rid rid of (i.e. eat) those mince pies/those xmas tree chocs leftover etc (ie. have far too many syns) except the next day, I don't start afresh and I do the same thing all over again.
I also need to stop eating just for the sake of it and instead eat because Im hungry....
so thats me. going to plan some menus / breakfasts etc, make sure im stocked up on my veg and fruit and opt for healthy snacks rather than chocolate which will have to be an occasional treat.
I also watched my big fat diet show and found it very interesting and informative. particularly the 100 calorie portions of things and also the food addicts and how showing them exactly what went into their favourite snacks put them off! certainly food for thought :rotfl:0 -
Had a good day today.

Morning, just catching up with everyone from last night.
Rupe and Kiwi, - that feeling of 'doing it' is great, it is so motivating to feel in control and actually changing. I had a quick blast just before Christmas, did really well, getting great comments from people etc, target within touching distance...and now I have lost it again.
Eric, great to see you back; Didn't realise you'd got to target, amazing, well done! But get back in control quick, start posting menus or whatever it takes.
Have good weekend, everyone!0 -
Well here goes the toughest day of the week. I always struggle on a Saturday night as all I want is wine and crisps. Ive got one bottle of nice Rioja waiting to be shared with oh so will keep that and have it with Skint Catts salmon pate on scan bran. Ive also sky plussed the big diet show from Thursday, so will watch that tonight, hopefully that will keep me away from the fridge.
Before getting back into SW before xmas oh and I would put away at least a bottle of wine each and a full packet of walkers sensations EACH  or my fav is the Penn state sweet and spicy pretzels. Its going to take a lot of will power.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
So plan for the day is:
Breakfast - toast with banana and a cup of tea (HEb and HEa)
Snack - pineapple and some grapes
Lunch - left over SW chicken tikka with SW chips
Snack - muller light and apple
Dinner - ? not sure, steak with a big salad maybe?
It's another extra easy day.
Quick question, which salad dressing do you all use? I know there's a free one out there somewhere!0 -
Morning all, I hope everyone is having a good start to the weekend?
I'm making breakfast/brunch at the mo, a big SW friendly fry up. We're having Co-op sausages, 5 syns each (I'm having one, OH will have two) grilled tomatoes, fried eggs, mushrooms and baked beans, all cooked with fry light of course
This seems to be our new weekend fave, a lazy start then a gorgeous cook up. Couldn't be better.
For lunch we'll have left over lasagne I made for tea yesterday, some salad and then a coffee in town.
For dinner I fancy cod and chips, home made of course with mushy peas.
How does that sound for an EE day? I'll also snack on fruit and fat free yoghurt during the dayThey have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson
It's always better to be late in this life, than early in the next0 -

hiya, i bought a Hellmanns Fat Free Vinagriette the other day in Sainsburys. Wasnt expecting it to be much, but i love it!!You get 2 Tbsp fir 1/2 syn, and to be honest, for me (who loves sauces!) the 2 Tbsp is plenty!!
Today is dooms day = out tonyt, meeting all new ppl except for OH,will definitley be on the vodka, as i dont really do meeting new ppl very well, am quite shy, so goota be good all day and use my syns for alcohol tonight!
BF: 1 Nimble & Scrambled Egg.......
....thats as far as I have got with the meals today. Have chicken in the slow cooker, so might just have some of that with savoury rice for dinner, or perhaps with a baked potato!Carla-Farla!!
