Good morning everyone,
going out for lunch today but someone else is paying so won't really need much to eat this evening. Plan to have a good look in freezer and make my meal plan, also plan to make lentil soup for tomorrows lunch. Might make apple crumble, have some stewed apples to use up, really depends how motivated I am when I come back home.
Thanks for the link to the pocketmod, very useful:T
Hope you all have a good day.It takes a long time to eat an elephant and I'm doing it a bite at a time!!!0 -
Just added last night shopping spend to my accounts so I've spent 211.63 so far, I got all stuff in apart from milk & bread to last until the end of the month so I should come in near budget this month.

Hello everyone,
first of all, I do not know if I am allowed to post here and I apologise in advance if I cannot (helen jelly feel free to slap me -but only virtually!) . As per my previous posts, I did not join the GC challenge this month as I have been away. Upon my return I decided I missed it so I set myself a £150 budget for the period 15th to 30th November included, of which I have already spent 88.44 (with 61.56 left in the pot).
Can I post my running totals here, or is this allowed only for those people who are listed in the 'front page' of the thread?
Feel free to tell me not to post and I shall wait patiently for next month's challenge, no worries at all0 -
Jevvers I use Mrs Macawbers recipe from the recipe list on page one. Here it is
I must add that they are easy to make, tasty and filling. I haven't bought naan breads since I discovered this :money:

Hi - apologies for missing you off the front page, I'll add you on in a mo. Post your amounts as often as you like as alot of people find that posting helps to keep them focused or helps to show where they are over-spending. I'm off to update you now - Helen xProjects made for craft fair - 40
