I bought a Millbrook from them about 3 weeks back - no problems at all, arrived next day, nicely packaged so no damage. And 10% cash back on quidco.

In actual fact, the one I originally chose (cheaper) was a 2 week wait, so I had a phone call from them, asking if Id prefer another mattress - they then offered me the 2000 pocket one for only £25 more and I had that (instead of £80 more)

I guess all big companies are bound to get some rotten reviews, its only when you are upset you tend to do reviews isnt it.

But there is this place too with a Sealy for next day delivery for £199:

They were taken over a while back......they used to be good quality.

Remember many hotels change their mattresses once a year.

You will struggle to find a good quality pocket sprung mattress for under £200 delivered. As it is for a guest bed you would be far better off getting a top of the range open coil sprung mattress, which you can get for well under £200.

Bedworld are absolutely terrible. Stay well away! Their customer service is truly dreadful.
