W/C 7th April for 2 weeks.

Cherry vine tomatoes.
Kiwi fruit.
Fun size apples.
Cauliflower.
Mild Onion x 3

All at 69p.

There has to be a price point that then has to be matched by weight.

If you think that a supplier can take all the risk of growing from seed or a plant. planting looking after it, spraying it, harvest it pack it,send it to customer and make money for the same price he gets 50 other weeks of the year then I would say think again.
Farmers/Growers take all the risk, nobody rewards them if the crop fails.

The website is now quoting "per pack" with no weight mentioned so possibly they have had to use an alternative source at a higher price due to the weather.

Some not too bad items there, opportunity to restock in cauli thus week and lots of sweet potato and cauli curry with the onions and cherry toms thrown in. Hope the weather improved by next offer so can have lots of lovely tomato, potato and green beans cold salads with bit of couscous and lemon juice or maybe a few pineapple bits

Ooo salads, i havnt had a salad for ages. I bought last weeks super 6 for 2 weeks running, im still making soups to keep myself warm.

I'll be looking at the cauli's that's for sure. I paid twice that price for one in Sainsbury's today. Although granted it was quite a large one.
