As long as they have the kiwi in my local Aldi I'll be happy as the parrot loves them.0

I got the plums, but they went mouldy very quickly :-(
The little apples were fabulous through the juicer with carrots and kiwi though so very happy.

I got the plums, tomato, sweet potato and red onions, not so fond of kiwis and apples.
Have a pot of lentil and sweet potato soup in progress and just had sweet potato mash with some veg and veggie sausages, never tried sweet potato before, was ok.0 -
sweet potato baked falafels is my recommendation for this super six, that and home made pizza with the red onions and tomatoes om nom nom0

Bought these all last Tuesday and everything still in perfect condition. Kiwis are still fresh (softening so moved to fridge), the plums were finished yesterday and the apples look good as new. Didn't buy tomatoes or red onion as already had plenty stocked up.
Couldn't resist buying a bag of sweet potatoes at that price even though I don't like them. My son (9 months) likes mashed sweet potato and my 2 year old likes sweet potato wedges. Any ideas what else I could do for them? Can I freeze falafels and how easy are they - seen a few reciopes online but have never made these before?Debt December 2012 - Approx £4070...

Just made a pot of soup with red onion, leek, tomato, sweet potato and lentil. Ive still got a bag of onions and red onions and yet more sweet potato to get through,
Im not sure what else to do with the sweet potato either, maybe make it into a cottage pie with some veggie mince, but Im sure theres loads of recipes online, I make a potato curry, its v easy, might make a sweet potato curry. Or make more wedges and spice them up a bit, add some chilli and onion and roast them all.
The only falafels Ive ever made have been from a packet mix.

I'll shove up some recipes as I find them.0 -
Plums were added rather than cauliflower due to the poor weather preventing the supposed super 6 product to be replaced in order to ensure supply was met."Man invented language to satisfy his deep need to complain."
