  • I was impressed by the quality of the Super 6 yesterday. I got the celery which is a good sized head (and crispy) and the carrots which looked nice and fresh and a good size for Chanteney. The white cabbage I passed on as they were about the size of a tennis ball! The little gems looked fine too, although I didn't buy any.

in my Nottingham store (city branch), the veg looked really fresh and were of a good size. I got 2 x 7" wide cabbage and a spring onion. these, celery and carrots I buy on regularly. before the promotion is about to end, i shall be stocking up on the cabbage as they keep for at least a couple of weeks in a cold storage area and shall last me for a while.

My local Aldi in Essex had run out of the spring onions but everything else was in good condition. Cabbage were variable sizes, some a bit small and others a good side plate size. Got a couple of little gem packs and a cabbage.

The Four Bird Roast is down £2 to £7.99 if anyone wants to buy early for Easter.

Thank you. For some reason I can't count and seemed to think the 24th of February was more than 2 weeks ago :o Thanks!
