Cauliflowers are a reasonable size for time of year but I felt what I saw they where starting to 'bolt', the florets were spreading apart. But these are better than the ones in my local Lidl's last week, those were rotting.

They always seem to start out a reasonable size and get smaller as offer runs, bought 2 swede and 2 cauli yesterday.
Do I need it or just want it.
