Happy with the new selection but honestly, the mangoes they supply for 59p aren't worth bothering with as they never ripen.
The ones they source for the Super-6 offer give mangoes a bad name.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

In store, they didn't have the lettuce or celery, with kiwis 35p instead along with a notice saying it was due to supply / weather issues. The Aldi website says to check your local store, so presumably there may be some variation as a result.0 -

In ours there were no lettuce yesterday but we did have celery, and lots of it! Stocked up to make a big pot of soup!"If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"0 -
If it was from 19th June I might be tempted
Beetroot added to mash is lovely, celery added to stews and soups. Spring onions as champ or in omelettes and stir fries. Tomatoes in everything and on everything. I love them fried down with balsamic on bruschetta
They aren't just for salads although I'm sure it's aimed at the new year dieters,£36/£240
£5522

So did our household and it was great too!
A lot of folk seem to complain about Aldi fruit and veg, but never really had any trouble. All great value and fresh and does last for me. Over past 6 years I've stayed in 3 different places and been in half a dozen different stores.PK! :money:0 -
All my store had was radishes, beetroot and spring onions. One of which I am allergic to and two that I hate! Was very disappointed this week0
