    Hi Cornucopia,

    Cut them into slices, lie them on a chopping board, place chopping board into freezer and lie horizontally until they have frozen, then pull them off and sling them in a freezer bag. ;)

    No Broccoli in Aylesbury this morning on the super 6 offer, celery substituted. There was broccoli on the main veg aisle but it didn't look very appetizing...

    Garlic is 4 small bulbs in a string, 3 lemons, whole cucumber, bunch of celery, spring onions looked a bit small, tomatoes not very ripe. HTH
