I assume that you are on an interest only mortgage. So best of luck.

Let us know when you've been able to remortgage at a low interest rate with a quality lender. ;)

Don't you just hate it when that happens icon7.gif

Is this the 'tactic' that they will be using to finance the new stadium ???

Borrow £400 Million and hope the Lender goes bust and offers you £100,000,000 to p*ss off !!!!

Tottenham are refusing to declare the cost of the stadium project, with reports suggesting a figure similar to the £400 million Arsenal spent to build the Emirates.

    Blah, blah, blah

Well done sir - you were basically sh*tting your self that you were going to lose your home whilst everything in GBs power is made for helping people like yourself.

I have a funny feeling - when everything is back to long term normal - we wont be seeing a lengthy post about how sleeping in your sisters / brothers / in laws / parents spare box room when you do lose your house is not quite the life you had planned.

you got to love mortgage express - i'm hoping for one of these letters pretty soon too.
it's been rumoured they are going to this for a long while, i might not be so lucky though.

Wasn't Morgan Stanley dishing out the money as well?

Though never heard of an amount this high.

So must be a sizable mortgage.
