Awww... someone's taken my spare boiler part off my desk! Rotters...

I'm sick and fed up of work today. It's just manic and doing my head in, they expect me to do the job of 3 people and all I do is go around in circles getting nowhere! I have also figured out that due to people being off and me having to cover various jobs whilst they're away I can't take a day off until the 16th December! So much for taking a few days off in the next couple of weeks to get some Christmas shopping done! I also might have to work Christmas Eve now... which puts a spanner in the works for our Christmas Eve party!

Well done for finishing your to do list Dinah! How big is today's?!

    :T all good.

    :rotfl: at the pens, Tete!

I have got 2 whole study days and then the weekend. So lots of research, reading and chores. I didn't quite make it onto dooyoo (naughty) but I promise to this weekend, as the need for Amazon vouchers is great, and my stash has run out.

I was a crabby old maid yesterday so glad to have woken up in a different mood.

Ah Tete, sorry you don't enjoy your work so much - what is it you do? (sorry if I should know this, you girls chatting are a force to be reckoned with and I only have a couple of spare brain cells to record everything ;)). If you really hate it, what would you like to do if you could do anything? (except be Chief Pen Stockist for WHSmith - I think their profits would sink :D) No doubt this will make you feel much better - I have over a thousand, yes 1 0 0 0 pens at home :o:o

Great work with yesterday's list Dinah :T Is it sad that I get a little jealous of the small MS things I can't do out here and am looking forward to starting again when I get home? Remind me of this please when I'm holed up in Bath next year... :rotfl: I did get a bargain pair of walking boots today though with 50% off plus a 20% discount voucher, Quidc0 at 6% and 1% cashback; now that's the kind of shopping I like :T

Well done on getting below 1k Flower :T

Birdie, I reckon Dinah snuck into your office overnight and stole it!

I'm the food stealer here too :o I'd like to say OH loves me for it but..:rotfl: He did once say to me he didn't want me to lose weight as there'd be less of me to love [just to clarify, he's not one of those blokes who are into big women, I'm not huge :D]

Oooh fantasy job time! I daydream about this every morning as I drive to work.

If I could do anything I would just be creative, making things myself, clothes, pictures, jewllery, photos, ceramics etc, and selling them, and varying what I make depending on what my interests are at the time. Getting up on a morning and thinking 'what am I going to make today?'. Then spend the afternoon parcelling my sales from the day before or making things to order. That would be amazing.

I want to skip the next 4.9 years of phd and become a technology researcher now! (Not really but it would be great if my funding comes through and I can study full time, as split work/study life is hard cheese).

Hehe, I always call OH a Chubby Chaser because he's always trying to make me eat loads... but then when I have had a big meal he'll say I look like a pregnant sow, so what can you do?

Oh I'm a sort of events co-ordinator/general dogsbody some days. It's OK really I just get fed up at the incompetent people ... everybody else in the world is so incompetent at their job aren't they?! I should slap myself on the wrist because I quite fancy being an International Officer and keep meaning to contact them at our uni and ask more about it but I never do, maybe I'll do it tomorrow...
