Thing is Tete, we kind of do really want the house, we could make it absolutely perfect. In its current state no, its a shack, but the house I see in my head is everything we wanted (if you ignore the outside!)

We'll call tomorrow see if they've heard back from the vendors, but we can't force them to lower the price they want for it, and there is a point we'd be mental to take it on, its whether we can find a way to meet in the middle.

Yeah I think you should chase it a little bit then if that's how you feel, you never know, with a little prodding they might move on the price...

Sounds like a good trip planned. They have got the ice skating rink at The history museum too, we went last year was good.

I like to think I wouldn't be one of those mothers but I probably would be just as annoying haha.
