Urgh stupid Dooyoo got me broody! I was reading someones review of these baby wrist rattles and feet finders and my emotional no-baby wall broke and I turned to womany mush again.

Oh god I hate the people on Dooyoo who write nothing but baby product reviews - it makes me less broody if anything, it's a reminder of what you become!
Is the house something you'll let go or are you going to chase them for a response either way? The sellers sound as though they're holding out all hope on this offer that's caught up in the chain.
Bit of everything I hope Poddle, we want to go and see Billy Elliot and do some shopping, but I also fancy the Natural History Museum as haven't been there a while, and of course food is very important! Thanks for the offer Wendz hehe, I'll bear that in mind next time! We're staying at the Queen's something ... next to Hyde Park. I don't think it'll be very nice but when you're somewhere like London I don't think that matters really.Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -

Is it strange that I can find a baby cute but not want one myself? Same with dogs...Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0

Nah I'm not chasing. I've always thought it desperate to be the one chasing a guy when hes clearly not that into you, and I hold the same with buying a house, if they're not bothered about shifting it, so be it, plenty more fish in the sea.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

:rotfl::rotfl:I love that you can compare a baby to a dog.
I get broody everytime OHs auntie comes over with her two kids. They are just lovely. The youngest has just turned 2 and she is adorable.
I definitely want kids someday!Biggest Loser Weight Loss: 13 / 20 lb0 -

I'm on the fence here (not necessarily with the man analogy!) - I'd hate to think something had passed me by and I hadn't really tried that hard for it. Though as you say, you don't really love the house, so...
:rotfl: What's wrong with comparing babies to dogs Flower? Give me a cat any dayWeightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Hey All
Well done on your debt busting Flower. I am so bored in work, it's really quiet.
Roll on next weekend! Going to get back into dooyoo as you lot are so good, and also need some book money pronto as everything I want for studies is out of the library until mid-December.
I've got only about half the pressies now for Crimbo. It's my Dad that is the tricky one - I never know what to get him.
ETA - Haha Tete! I would *love* to get a little cat, and I guess we will be able to if the house goes through. I would like to have kids but not yet - still too scary responsibility. Better to start with cat first!:A :heartpuls June 2014 / £2014 in 2014 / £735.97 / 36.5%0 -
Also, people keep asking me for present ideas and I find it really difficult not to say "...but you should compare prices online first and make sure you go through a cashback website..." instead of just giving them the name of a book/CD/perfume!
Oh lordy I do that too! In fact quite often I'l tell them that I'll get it and they can just give me the money! I hate seeing my family being ripped off! And I like the cash back...;)
I'm kind of half broody but not really because of the reason Tete mentioned; I don't want to be *that* obsessed mother who thinks that little Johnny is the greatest child who ever walked this earth! I was sat next to one of those the other week when I was getting my nails done- for an hour I had to listen about little Freddie and how clever he is, and how funny and cute and charming etc he is. Urgh, I was nearly sick! The woman had nothing else to say- why do women stop being people when they have kids?!
I did get a little broody on Saturday though as my friend showed me a video of her 5 month old niece, she's so cute! Apparently she's not so cute when she's screaming!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0
