    Morning all.

Fairly productive weekend all in all. Although as usual the same things off the to do list didn't get done! NIM has two assignments due in next week, so not going to get loads done this week. Tonight is a homework night so to do list for today goes:
    • Dinah BP
    • NIM BP
    • Scratchies
    • Onepoll
    • NIM start assignment and do 2 hours work
    • Dinah do 2 pages in sewing homework book
    • 1 Dooyoo
    • 2 Dooyoo
    • 3 Dooyoo
    • 4 Dooyoo
    • 5 Dooyoo
    • 6 Dooyoo
    • Check online banking
    • Reorder contact lenses
    • Do food focus
Hoping to hear back about the house today. I'm expecting no budge, hoping for them to come to £125,000, which is another 5k drop, means we're near enough to the £122,000 which is our maximum and We hopefully will be able to secure it. But in all honesty I think they're set on £130,000+, so we're going to start looking elsewhere soon.

Hello, feel like I haven't posted in a while as was in training on Friday and then when I caught up over the weekend the whole house thing went a bit over my head! So what's happening today, are you upping the offer to £115k then waiting for them to come back to you? I think what you said in one of your posts about wanting it because it's a good deal not because you love it is an important thing to remember, there'll always be other houses and maybe ones which will suit you better. ETA - took me so ling to write my list that you've explained this now!

ROTE - I hadn't realised yesterday was free listing, would have listed more than one item in that case! Gah! Never mind, hope you make lots of lovely money!

Dinah, I hope you don't mind if I hijack your thread with my to-do list today? I feel I might get more done if I'm answerable to someone!

    Whilst at work:
    - At least the 10 *ed things on my work to-do list
    - 1 Dooyoo
    - [STRIKE]1 Beauty Judge review (want to get into this)[/STRIKE]
    - [STRIKE]Fill in Foodfocus for the weekend[/STRIKE]
    - [STRIKE]Email Bingoport about missing voucher[/STRIKE]
    - [STRIKE]10 BP posts[/STRIKE]
    - [STRIKE]Email iSubscribe AGAIN about the 3 issues for £1 trial mags that never arrived.[/STRIKE] Out of Office AGAIN
    - [STRIKE]Redeem £5 from Ciao[/STRIKE]
    - [STRIKE]Post RiSi and eBay parcels[/STRIKE]
    - [STRIKE]Buy 3 birthday cards, Christmas stamps and ROI stamps[/STRIKE]
    - [STRIKE]Ask in travel agent's about London trip on new dates[/STRIKE] Booked! :D
    - [STRIKE]Pick up some cash bags from the bank[/STRIKE]

    After work:
    - Go to supermarket
    - Make tomorrow's packed lunch
    - Clean out litter tray (woo)
    - Polish boots x2 (so don't look like a down-and-out)
    - Put washing in
    - Ironing
    - Sort through Mount Paperwork
    - Cancel old phone contract and start new one
    - Play through BP points
    - 1 Dooyoo
    - Finish cutting out pattern
    - Make a start on mood board
    - Take pics of items in my eBay bag
    - Order prints with Jessops voucher
    - Make 10 Christmas cards
    - Sort charity bags under the stairs - put in boot for tomorrow
    - Bag up £2 coins for the bank tomorrow
    - Parcel up RiSi book
    - Finish sock cat (or at least sew his head on)

32 things. Hm. List keeps growing!

Tete is that just todays list or this weeks? You should be able to get most of the work stuff done today.
  • It's just for today! :o I only have two free evenings a week to do all this kind of stuff as I see OH on a Tuesday, have sewing class on a Wednesday and then see OH again on a Friday-Sunday!

Your list is worse than mine! AND its reminded me I need to add food focus onto it!

We're at £115,000 now Tete, we're still most keen on this one as its the right location and ticks every box we have, but it does have to be the right price and realistically thats £120,000

Wow you will be busy Tete!

Hope you know either way Dinah as then at least you cna get on looking for somewhere else if they don't drop the price.

Myself and OH were looking at some flats last night and have registered interest to go and look at some new ones that have been built.

Dinah got my fingers crossed that the estate agents come back with a good result about the house!

I have a day of dooyoo and figure sorting. Need to go to the bank and withdraw our savings then pay it off the credit card.
