Hello, feel like I haven't posted in a while as was in training on Friday and then when I caught up over the weekend the whole house thing went a bit over my head! So what's happening today, are you upping the offer to £115k then waiting for them to come back to you? I think what you said in one of your posts about wanting it because it's a good deal not because you love it is an important thing to remember, there'll always be other houses and maybe ones which will suit you better. ETA - took me so ling to write my list that you've explained this now!
ROTE - I hadn't realised yesterday was free listing, would have listed more than one item in that case! Gah! Never mind, hope you make lots of lovely money!
Dinah, I hope you don't mind if I hijack your thread with my to-do list today? I feel I might get more done if I'm answerable to someone!

Tete is that just todays list or this weeks? You should be able to get most of the work stuff done today.0

It's just for today!
I only have two free evenings a week to do all this kind of stuff as I see OH on a Tuesday, have sewing class on a Wednesday and then see OH again on a Friday-Sunday!

Your list is worse than mine! AND its reminded me I need to add food focus onto it!
We're at £115,000 now Tete, we're still most keen on this one as its the right location and ticks every box we have, but it does have to be the right price and realistically thats £120,000Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Wow you will be busy Tete!
Hope you know either way Dinah as then at least you cna get on looking for somewhere else if they don't drop the price.
Myself and OH were looking at some flats last night and have registered interest to go and look at some new ones that have been built.0 -
Dinah got my fingers crossed that the estate agents come back with a good result about the house!
I have a day of dooyoo and figure sorting. Need to go to the bank and withdraw our savings then pay it off the credit card.Biggest Loser Weight Loss: 13 / 20 lb0
